Fixed my laptop! My battery died a few months ago and it has been awful having to be plugged in all the time. The installation was very easy. I removed 14 short screws from the bottom of the laptop (don't be intimidated, took me 2 minutes) using the included screwdriver, used the plastic separator to pry the lid loose (start near where the screen is connected), and had it open in no time. Be careful of the DVDROM drive not to lift it too high or you might damage the connector, easy to disconnect by just pulling it away from the port once the marked screw is out. With the bottom fully removed (looks way scarier than it is), I was able to pop out the little batter plug, remove for more short screws holding the battery, and the reverse the order for assembly. The entire process was under 10 minutes, and PRESTO! New batter installed and working. No configuration necessary, it just works. Don't be intimidated, the job couldn't be much easier. The included manual is useless, but you don't need it. Highly recommend!
