I dreaded taking iron when I was anemic. I’ve tried all the brands at the store. It’s really harsh on your stomach. It just made me feel ill. The Dr even tried giving me liquid version. It was like licking a penny. I bought this brand’s multivitamins and was so impressed! I bought this when I became anemic again. No problems whatsoever. This product has made a noticable (positive) difference in my bloodwork. The Dr. has been very surprised. I don't even have to take it everyday to see the benefits. Sometimes there is a bit of an aftertaste for a few minutes but that is easily overlooked for the benefits. Also, it does not bother my stomach which sometimes can be a little sensitive.

This product works if taken everyday. At first I skipped lots of days and did not notice any improvement in my yearly labs for Hgb (hemoglobin) and Hct (hematocrit). Then I started taking it everyday consistently and my next year's labs were raised significantly! And with no noticeable side effects! I gave four stars because they taste and smell pretty bad, but they work. For me it's worth it.

Have bought this more than once. Can take them even with out food. I took while on my period. Always felt better.

Worked very well and fast. Took a few days for me to notice I wasn’t freezing all day and then my last period had major improvement. Low iron can affect your period. I was pretty constipated though. My dr told me to take it every other day so I’ll see if that helps… also helps to take vitamin c or eat citrus along with iron intake

These are great, just one tablet a day will definitely increase you blood cell numbers. It works for me, for my brother and a friend of mine. My doctor was surprised with results after two months of use but then got pissed when I told him that I have actually stopped using FeraMax that he recommended and used Blood Builder instead. The only negative comment I heard from my friend that it does not work quite well when used with coffee. I am taking them in the evening a few hours after I had my last coffee.
