before buying a quality monitor i completely investigated lots of brands and models, at the end i have decided to buy this one (i have iq airvisiual for house), because this company is very honest with their device. all technical details such as clear instructions and sensor models/types (with technical data sheets etc.) in their web site. also they compromise this device with a very user friendly, good working app. - battery life is almost one week for me. - voc sensor drafts by time so you need to calibrate time to time. - it is usually very accurate (comparing local government devices- excepts pm 10(pm 10 is usual problem with most of consumer class devices) - application is very user friendly. you can extract data in to excell over all very good device. - since it is a palm size device _ most of sensors are very close to each other thus huminity and temperature measurmenrts can be slightly inaccurate) previuosly 5 stars it was working fine till today stop working reducing to 1 star- got broken within a year

This is my 3rd device. I would not be without it, despite its limited battery life. I use it every day to monitor the air quality in my house, my lawn and my environment. I have found key correlations between my wife's reactions to her allergies and the air quality to which she is exposed. This has led us to better choices in HVAC air filters and other life choices. With daily charging and monitoring multiple times per day, I have found the devices work for about a year; however, the cost of a new device per year pales in comparison to the improved quality of sleep and ease breathing my wife has each day over that year.

This is a nice sensor that has a good app for tracking air quality over time. It measures PM 1.0, PM 2.5, PM 10, and a mix of VOCs that are reported as a single VOC ppm value. I've found it to be extremely sensitive and consistent although with VOCs the data does have patterns of the ppm ramping up from .4 to .6 ppm , then down to .4 again. It is hard to pin down a source or tell if it is an anomaly or a valid reading, but I will have to put the Atmotube in a container to isolate it and see if fluctuates in the same way. It has temp, humidity and altitude and barometer capabilities as well. The thermometer is dead on in comparing to others that I know are accurate. I've had it for about a month and it has been helpful to know the general air quality and have detailed info on air quality components like PM and VOCs. I like the portability, unlike the models designed for a table top or wall. I've taken it with me from environment to environment and it is interesting to see the air quality change and for what reason. It can help inform any decision to buy residential central air high efficiency filters or stand-alone purifiers.

This is a brilliant instrument this tells you the level of pollution in your house and allows you to take action of need.

Works, but it doesn’t store data even for a few hours — you must keep your phone continuously connected to the monitor for any time you want data. iPhones don’t like to do this and will drop the connection after a little while of running the app in the background. They could probably work around this by making their app collect locations also, but it would be better if the Atmotube would store a days worth of data and download it when you connect.

It doesn't work in a reliable way. It shows numbers that you simply cannot trust. Randomly it can turn into showing AQS of 0 when the app is running in the background but when you open the app it would increase the AQS number to 50-60 range. That's is just an example of how weird works fine to time. I wrote feedback on the Play Store (Android app) -- nobody replied with any comments. I cannot return the product but I definitely regret the purchase.

Although a bit pricey this item gives quick results via cell phone, keeps (spotty) records and can be carried wherever you go. There are no calibrations required. My wife has severe allergy problems and is very sensitive to air quality. This device quantifies her perceptions and gives her peace of mind. It has an alarm function if air becomes too bad.

I have now been using the Atmotube Pro for 30 days. It accurately measures many air quality readings. It even pays you a few Planet tokens now and then. My main gripe is the battery life. The description states that the battery lasts for "up to a week". Even many reviewers state they get 7 to 10 days on a single charge. Mine is nowhere close to that. The battery lasted about 36 hours after the first charge. It has been steadily declining since. I need to charge it overnight, every night. I take it off the charger at 8 AM. It is dead by the time that I go to bed. If any of you have an older phone that doesn't hold a charge and are constantly needing to plug it in.... this is what this device reminds me of. Frustrating.

I wish everyone had one. You can check out air quality wherever you are. People might start taking air quality seriously if they knew how bad it can be.

In vergelijking tot andere luchtkwaliteitsmonitoren is deze niet heel erg nauwkeurig. De waardes van deze monitor komt niet overeen met mijn andere monitoren. Vooral de vocs worden niet nauwkeurig gemeten. Pluspunt is wel dat het compact is en de batterij lang meegaat op een lading.

Me ha permitido crear hábitos más saludables respecto a la contaminación del aire. Saber cuando ventilar y cómo, cuando usar el purificador de aire y ver la calidad del aire en diferentes sitios de la casa y momentos del día. Creo que es muy útil, pero una vez creados los hábitos ya no hace falta, así que lo he prestado a varios amigos que opinan también que es muy útil.
