So Creamy and Perfect for Everyday Cooking.
This coconut milk is a go-to in my kitchen. The flavor is clean and natural, not sweet, and it works beautifully in curries, soups, smoothies, and even baking. It adds creaminess without overpowering the dish. I enjoy this so much, I use in my coffee; in everything. It’s a little lighter than some extra-rich brands, but that actually makes it more versatile for everyday use. Reliable, gluten-free, and easy to keep on hand.

Creamy, rich, and great quality coconut milk
This coconut milk is really good. It’s very creamy and has a nice, clean coconut flavor without being sweet. I’ve used it in cooking and also in smoothies, and it adds great richness without tasting artificial. I also appreciate that it’s unsweetened and gluten free — it feels like a solid, reliable option to keep in the pantry. The consistency is exactly what I want from coconut milk. Overall, it’s delicious and works perfectly for both savory and sweet recipes.

Good quality at a nice price.
I appreciated that this coconut milk consisted only of coconut, water, and guar gum. I was surprised that some competitive brands include so many different preservatives. I also found the Thai Kitchen brand to be offered at a good price. Since I don’t finish the entire can of coconut milk at once, I like to freeze the leftover amount for a longer storage period than the refrigerator provides.

Good product but dented
I really like this brand. It really elevates your Thai curry and has a wonderful creaminess. However, the cans came slightly dented (the box was fine). Judging from the other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence. So if you want the convenience and don’t mind dented cans, you should order it. Otherwise, I recommend buying from your local grocery.

The best
I wish I could find a less expensive brand, but the taste and consistency is always on point.

Great for cooking
I love to use this in my dumpling bakes. The taste is perfect and never had issues with texture once you shake and mix a bit. You get that with any brand. Solid pick.

This is the perfect Coconut Milk. It is the only brand I will buy now. I have tried many others but really they can't compare. This is our favorate. The flavour is strong and delicious. It is perfect in my Thai Red Curry Noodle Soup. I use it in many other recipes too. Premium indeed.

This is a review of the 750ml pack of 6. It was watery with white balls that dont dissolve even in heat. Flavour and smell was lacking and expiry date within 3 months from purchase date. I had purchased this before and it was thicker and the coconut flavour was distinct

Dented cans. Unsafe consumption. Won’t order again.

I’m not sure I understand the bad reviews for this product, maybe there has been some lesser quality production at some point? I have bought all supermarket brands that are available where I live and although most of them used to be thick and rich and full of solid coconut Cream, now they are all diluted, taste like water and doubled in price! So I turned to Amazon and gave this brand a try cause price was very decent and I decided to trust some of the positive reviews. Wow. So happy I did. Best coconut milk I’ve had in a while, thick and rich just as I like it. And most importantly, tasty! I just made a lentil curry and it’s perfect! This will now me my staple coconut milk, I hope it stays in stock!

UPDATE: After a thorough shaking of a few cans, and refrigerating the contents in a glass bowl overnight, the product had separated once again into chips and water. Now I find I can't return the remaining 20 (TWENTY) cans, or even one 12 pack of them. A complete waste of my money and time. Please don't buy: you WILL be disappointed!!!! I have ordered this brand before, and have enjoyed it a lot. The flavour and consistency has always been reliable, and top notch quality. So I ordered 24 cans. Unfortunately the product processing is now different, and seems the same throughout the few cans I have opened so far. As you will know, if you've bought tinned coconut milk previously, the consistency is usually very viscous, and is most often a large blob of cream surrounded by very watery milk. In the summer, you can just shake the can for a while, and the cream/water will combine. In the winter, it takes some warming to get that to happen. The first indication that something was amiss, was that when the can was shaken, it was already very "watery" sounding, even before warming...... As you can see, the cream is "chips" and they just sit in the water. The flavour is OK, but it's difficult to get the water/chips to recombine into the product into that I've come to expect from Thai Kitchen. Perhaps it's a new manufacturing technique in use, but it's really annoying: It looks as though the product has curdled, even though it tastes quite normal. I'll be cancelling my subscription for this product.
