Zip broke
Smaller than expected, no other compartments and to top it all, as others have mentioned the zip broke within a week. Don't recommend.

Zip broke after two weeks use
Bought this as a school bag for my daughter, who loved it. Sadly, only two weeks into the term, the zip has completely broken. It is obviously designed to be used by kids and given its size, will inevitably be used daily for school, so I don't think it's unreasonable to expect it to be able to withstand daily use. Very disappointed it didn't even make a fortnight. Too late to send it back now as I bought it before the school holidays. Would be one star except the rest of the bag seems to be good quality.

Poor quality the zip broke within two weeks

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Zip has broken and stitching on strap has come away after 3 months, of very little use. Very poor quality for the cost.
