Needed a new laptop here for working from home that took advantage of the equipment in the home office. Wife and I work from home on different days and with this laptop she was able to use the USB-C/Thunderbolt connector to run the two 24 inch high resolution monitors along with the touchscreen, the wired 1 gigabit network and fibre connection as well as the headset for video calls. Product arrived in genuine box, was brand new and easy to install all the required software as well as connect (via USB-C) to network including the wireless printer. Works great on the WiFi or using the ethernet on the dock - i5 processor more than enough for office work and great 14 inch 1080 touchscreen.

Excellent laptop, the touch screen responds very well, you can rotate it in 360 degrees and use it as a tablet. Great audio quality with Bang & Olufsen speakers. The resolution of the screen is FHD. Not recommended for gaming, it heats up very quickly.

The charger did not work. I contacted company for a replacement and was sent a replacement charger 21 days later. When I was finally able to use the laptop it worked fine. However the wait time was a major disappointment

It has a problem with the speaker. I’ll be watching my college lectures and the sound will go out but the video will still be playing. I have to constantly put a headphone jack and take it out a few times for the sound to come back on...

Really great laptop. Works great and looks good. I am really happy with it. Fast, the tablet mode works awesomeness. I am really happy and satisfied

Bought this laptop thinking it was a good buy. Runs extremely hot 2 days before warranty was off touchpad went bad. Reported issue to HP told me was a software problem and need to do a full recovery. I purchased smart friend hoping they would fix the problem as now my warranty was expired. After over 15 hours of smart friend working on laptop, they told me it was a hardware issue and I need to pay $404 to have it repaired. They showed no interest that the problem occurred while still under warranty. So i am not entitled to having it serviced under warranty. Will not pay for a laptop that is only a hundred more new. Will never buy another HP product again there warranty is a farce and their smart friend service is useless. Would recommend to all to not buy this product or purchase their smart friend service.

laptop is fine but died after a week of using

Product looks ok to me. But, No hp warranty valid for this product when I searched online official site, shows like warranty removed from this product. How could I register the claim from hp?

Laptop was perfect with great build quality, very portable and light and also great value for money. It has a powerful processor so it can handle all kinds of work or productivity you throw at it, very good build quality with a solid biuld and also many other features which makes this better than the more expensive premium ones. Would definetly recommend buying this one if you are a student, do work on the go or if you just want a portable lightweight laptop that can do all your work

Funciona bastante bien, se calienta un poco, expandi la ram a 16 gb, desgraciademente tuve que remplazar la pantalla original, al ser importada es dificil conseguir las piezas, pero en amazon seguro que encuentras hay que tener cuidado con ella, es dificil y costo repararlas

Le doy solo 4 estrellas porque desde que la puse a trabajar me ha estado fallando un poco la pantalla, ya que de repente se apaga y queda en negro o si no me marca como error del sistema, dice mi esposo que es un controlador pero no ha checado bien, si no para meterla en garantía.
