So far so good, I've recently switched to this brand and I find taking two tablets a day seems to help with hot flushes etc, although not stop them, but I will definitely be buying them again!

I can't go on HRT as my Mum had breast cancer, but to be fair I'd rather take natural supplements even if they may not be as powerful or work more slowly than the pharma pills. I thought I'd give these a try to see if they'd be of any help for my post menopausal issues. They come in a well presented (double!) box, and the tablets are inside blister packs. They are fairly standard sized oval tablets, that I had no issue swallowing. No aftertaste either. They have a decent expiry date. On first taking them it did coincide with a minor headache but if they were the cause it didn't happen after that first time. Obviously too soon to tell if they will help with post menopause symptom, but hopefully they will. The dose is 1-2 daily, so will last either 2 or 4 months depending on how many you decide to take. Manufactured in the UK so good quality control, and also suited to vegans which is always nice to see.

Gor me, it doesn't help at all. I don't recommend it. It's a waste of money.
