All-in-One Occasions Specialty Pods Coffee Maker, 10-Cup Thermal Carafe, and Espresso with Milk Frother and Storage Tray, Black

Our previous coffee maker was starting to have issues a few months ago so I did some checking and found this machine. I saw this all in one machine and I really liked the idea of being able to brew a k-cup, pot of coffee, and make espresso. I researched machines for a couple of months before eventually deciding to go with this one because it had all of the features that I wanted. I was a little hesitant to purchase it because it didn't have the best reviews but I am so glad that I did.We have had it for a couple of months now and use it daily so I wanted to address some of the "issues" that people have mentioned they had with the machine.1. I noticed that a lot of people complain about the noise. Yes, it is very loud, but so are professional espresso machines and our kitchen is at the opposite end of the house away from our bedroom so that doesn't really bother us.2. No, it is not programmable. If that is something you use then you may not want to buy it but I don't think that I have ever used the program feature on a coffee maker in my life so I don't really care about that.3. If you are getting a 0 and your machine is not brewing, switch it back over to the standby mode and give it a few minutes before switching back to brew. I noticed that the standby mode acts like a reset function for the machine and releases pressure. I have only had the 0 error once and putting it in standby mode fixed it in a couple of minutes.4. If you are using a reusable k-cup pod then the k-cup attachment will leak. It isn't a big issue because the drip tray does catch the drips but the reusable pod does cause the attachment to leak because it doesn't fit very well inside the attachment. I don't think that this is a design flaw in the attachment. I think that the k-cup attachment would work better with an actual singe-use k-cup or a reusable pod made by the company.Overall, I'm very happy with this machine and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. This makes the best espresso and the only problem that I have with this machine is that my caffeine consumption has increased considerably since I bought it.

I really never leave reviews, and am generally a very positive person and forgiving to companies because I know it's hard to run a business. But, this product had an amazing concept but the design execution and quality control seems to be way off.We've had a Mr. Coffee maker for years and love it. Always worked great, never had an issue, so we like Mr. Coffee. But this particular combo maker was a big miss on their end. A few tweaks it would be amazing!1. The coffee maker never worked once we got it. Like a lot of the reviews said, it buzzed, started putting coffee out, then 3 seconds later stopped and flashed "0" on the display, which is the code when water is out. But the unit was full of water each time and we removed the red plug like the instructions said. We went through the troubleshooting and moved it to other outlets, turned it off and on, etc. It errored out each time. Must be something wrong design / quality wise that is tripping the error. So we never got a chance to taste the coffee or really try anything.2. The water reservoir is in back of the unit which makes you have to pull the whole coffee maker out from the wall to swap out the water. It's a heavy unit since it has the espresso part on it so it was a pain just in the few times we had to do it.3. The unit is very loud as well. I did see this mentioned in other reviews before we bought but I wondered "how loud can it be?". But it was quite loud and when we were turning it on to test it at 9pm, I was afraid the kids would wake up it was so loud.If Mr. Coffee could bring the water reservoir up to the front / right so water can be swapped without moving the whole unit, improve the quality control, and improve the water pumping system to make it quieter... I'd easily pay $250 for this unit vs. the $200 and we'd be pumepd about it. Just seems like they were trying to fit too much into a small budget and quality / design suffered along the way.Avoid getting this unit and wait until they take a 2nd pass at a combo maker in the future. (this is my first ever Amazon review after prob 1k purchases)

What I like- the espresso is delicious and very easy to use. The coffee carafe has a great tight seal and doesn't make a mess while brewing or pouring. It makes tasty coffee. The k-cup feature works well, although I haven't used it more than once or twice.What I don't like- no clear instructions on using the machine. I had to look on YouTube and find the exact model. Also, if the water storage runs out while filling up it takes forever for my machine to work. I think the suction or the tubing gets wacky and doesn't want to fill afterward. If anyone knows how to remedy that would be awesome.The coffee by the pot option is not hot enough for me. I like a hot cup of coffee and this is lukewarm at best.The steamer mechanism for a latte works great but sends out a stream of hot water prior to steaming the milk. I always let it blow out the hot water prior to putting the milk cup under it. It is very hot and sprays on my coffee cart. Not really sure how to fix this either.
