The cord was completely twisted and useless before I inserted the detangler. I thought that my original cord would have to be replaced but, after inserting the detangler, there was no need. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is tethered to a phone with a cord attached.

I don't know why this works, but I have no more receiver tangling. The swiver appears to be enough to prevent it. receiver cord length a little shorter, but the lack of tangles is worth it.

Keeps my phone cord from getting tangled, which drives me crazy. The fit isn't perfect into the headset so it can be a little choppy but you get used to just pressing it in when you pick up the receiver pretty quickly.

This product was perfect.................for a little while. After using for a little while I noticed static on the line. At first I didn't think much about it until I realized that it might be the detangler so I disconnected it and sure enough that's what it is. I am so disappointed because it works really well until the static started.

After about 3 weeks of use both sets of cords that I have started having a very noticeable sound every time I moved. I removed the swivel attachment the cord worked fine.

It feels cheaper (thinner) than the oem cord that came with the phone. I got this new cord because it was advertised as a cord that would not tangle. It tangled worse than the original cord. Now I'm searching for another new cord that will not get tangled.
