Arrived on time and in excellent condition. This pillow is very firm. I mean extremely firm but not hard. Having said that it is also very comfortable and cool. My neck aches are gone and I don’t get hot like with other pillows. It was hard for me to remove the pillow from the tote it was in because my arthritis leaves me with very little grip but I did manage to remove the pillow. Don’t let the firmness scare you off. This is a very comfortable and cool pillow. At last I sleep through the night without having to rub my neck or turn my pillow over and over. I truly wake up feeling refreshed. Highly recommend.

Awesome pillow. Everyone including myself loves the cold side of the pillow. I overheat pretty easily but this keeps me at a proper temperature. I did have to break it in for a while it started stiffer than I like but a few weeks later its my favorite pillow to use.

I love this pillow! I have used a few different types of memory foam pillows with the one side having a cooling gel insert. In fact, I was using one that I had been using for a few years that I really liked, however, once I started using this pillow, I stopped using the other pillow and bought another one so I would have 2 of these on my bed. I usually take my pillows with me on trips if we are driving. I did this just recently. My friend who we were staying with absolutely loved this pillow from the first touch, so, I bought one for her as a thank you gift. She was ecstatic!! I like this pillow because of the support it gives me. I sleep on my side and it is often difficult to find a pillow that gives my neck the needed support. I also like how quickly the pillow returns to its natural form when you move to different positions. Returning to its natural position makes the pillow less bumpy and it gives your head and neck the support it needs. There are a couple of things one needs to be aware of when you receive the new pillow. First, the pillow is rolled up tightly in a nice canvas bag. You will need to remove the pillow and let it sit for several hours if not a full 24 hours so the pillow gain regain its shape allowing the memory foam to completely fill out into its full size. I’m certain a machine flattened the pillow for packaging. Second: there is a very strong odor to the pillow. My friend said it smells like eucalyptus. I am not sure if that is what it is. By allowing the pillow to sit for several hours, this helps the smell to dissipate before using it. Once the odor has settled down, it is actually quite calming when you lay on the pillow. If you are looking for a comfortable and supportive memory foam pillow, I highly recommend this pillow!

It was really hot outside when the pillow was delivered. The gel was warm. After sitting out one day the gel was cool. The pillow is very comfortable but not thick enough for my preference. I just add another pillow under it for my comfort.

It's bulkier than I expected it to be. There's is no give to it, but it doesn't hurt my ears. I normally sleep tilted have side half stomach. I cant with this pillow. Definitely not for a stomach sleeper. I thought about returning it. But, I feel pillows are like underwear. Once used don't return it.

My husband’s favorite pillows by far. This is not the first time we’ve bought these, and they’re great, in his opinion. The pillow is very firm, high, and cooling. I will say, though, that I could never use this pillow - it’s way too high and hard for me to- so it really just depends on what you like.

I’m sorry but I am extremely disappointed in this product. I had a bamboo pillow with a cooling panel that I purchase several years ago from a Book fair at my workplace. I LOVED it! However, the pillow is old and broken down now and doesn’t “chill” very well anymore, so I decided to purchase a new one. I was very excited when I found this one as it looked like my other one. When it arrived, I unpackaged and used it right away the first night. First, it is about 1/2 the thickness as my other pillow, is way too soft and not supportive at all. The most disappointing was that the cooling panel was actually more like a heat panel. It was not cooling at all and I kept thinking maybe I was on the less cool side, but that was not the case. The $35 pillow (my first one cost me $20) that I got to replace my older worn out one now sits to the side taking up space on my bed and I have gone back to my old pillow. Super disappointed. :(
