High quality
I had to order these soon and got them really fast. They were a good price. The quality is really good. I love 511. There’s a lot of pockets and they’re very convenient and comfortable

I like what I like.
So, if you've never had 5.11 pants, here's a secret: The sizing is neurotic. I have different styles of their women's tac pants in 8 all the way up to 18... and they all fit today. Typically, I have 32" waist and 44" hips and bigger thighs. I'm 5'8" and have a longer inseam. I like my pants to bunch just a little at the ankle, which the long lengths do perfectly. My waist/hips measurements go up and down through the year. In this taclight EMS pants, I have 2 pairs that are 12 long, 1 14 reg (didn't have 12 long), and this 18 long. I need baggy pants for an upcoming event that will have me in harnesses and dangling off stuff. In the past, I've done those in my 12s and found the pinching to be unbearable. I went with the 18 because I tried a 16 at the store and it felt smaller than my 14? This has happened before. I don't know if they vanity size until they have customer base, or if it's a "varies by factory" thing. The 18s are comfortably (not comically) loose all the way around, but still shapely/fit and still compliments my shape. My husband asked if I lost weight. I'll try not to read into that. This style does have hidden elastic in the band. It's excellent for curvey types or folks that want the waist flair. If you have bigger or muscular legs, these could be what you're looking for. As far as durability and use, I wear these for search and rescue. They've held up through briars, barbed wire and hecka bad weather. One pair got hung on a metal shank when I was scaling a fence. The hole was only 2" and I was left hanging cause it wasn't giving. It never frayed or spread through the last 2 years of use. Another time, I went face down and nearly got impaled through the leg (someone cut off tree saplings into 8"spikes... on purpose). The sapling went through the neoprene of my muck boot, through my sock, but hit and slid across the pant leg. That's probably a function of the tight knit or whatever, but if you saw the holes and the horrific blood filled bruise, you'd wanna say the pants saved me too. If you're wearing tac belts, rigger's belts, or gun belts, the waist band is smooth and doesn't have fat hard seams that will bind. What discomfort I had with a rigger was in my thighs from snug fabric and harnesses, which will hopefully be remedied. Pockets are all fine. I like that they don't look all poofy like fatigue pants. One thing that I LOVE about these is that the inner thighs are not fraying, pilling, or wearing. This has been a point of contention (I've had) with some other expensive tac pants that coming in black/navy. I HATE looking down and seeing those little loose threads and discoloration. I *know* no one cares, but I hate it. Also, the color of the black and blue has held up really well. **I do treat all my gear with permethrin which can discolor cheap dyes. Even still, I have to look at labels to tell which pair is the oldest or the newest. Do wash before first wear. They won't stay water repellant. I've scotch guarded a different style and it' worked really well as a cold/wet weather pant.

COMFORTABLE💯
I was in a summer, accelerated EMT program at a local college. The dress code was black EMS pants, along with our tees, sweatshirt, or polos. These pants were the best fitting pants I’ve tried from 5.11. Their durability is unmatched, and they are relatively comfortable. I completed multiple clinical rotations (12 hours) with these as well as my (9 hour) class days wearing them. I highly recommend these pants for any professionals. Definitely worth your money.

Great pants, sizing is weird!
I recommend purchasing from 5.11 site, more sizing options reliably in stock. I bought these pants for EMS work. My only criticism is the sizing/fit. I wear a women's size 6-8 (28-29) and I'm 5'7", and I ended up with a size 14 Long in these pants. I recommend sizing up by at least 2-3, they just run small. I purchased several different sizes and just picked the ones that fit best. The return process was pretty easy and I got completely refunded within a week. I also recommend Long if you're over 5'6". They cover my boots and don't ride up the ankle. Other than the sizing, these pants rock! Durable, comfortable, and there are a zillion pockets and loops that come in handy when carrying extra gear. They're a little snug in the thigh region, which is fine but makes me question the design as far as female body shapes. As for critiques for 5.11, I would echo other customers' reviews regarding sizing/fit. They only go up to certain size, and thus limit options for folks with larger sizes and different shapes. I recommend checking out Reddit for discussions on larger sized EMS pants. Time for women to revolutionize the EMS clothing industry!

Listen to the reviews, poor sizing and super low rise.
Listen to the reviews, I had to size up to a 14 which I never wear in any other clothes because the inseam is so incredibly short. They were also tight in the hips and thighs. For work pants they should have a relaxed fit and a higher rise for bending over and moving around. I’m not sure who these pants are even made for. They seem durable though and I like all the pockets. I’ve never bought anything from 5.11 but seems like they should have quality goods and this was a big disappointment because of the sizing.

They looked great and felt comfortable when I tried them on. Unfortunately they were too small for my. I would need the size 10 but we can only wear black and 10 doesn’t come in black right now. I am 5’3 and 125 pounds and I bought a size 6 and had trouble getting them up over my bum. I do have wider hips and a bottom that’s a bit bigger so if you don’t have those size 6 may fit you. Size 8 would likely just fit bit I like a bit of room so I would get the size 10

The quality is awesome, I have always been a fan of 5.11 pants. I usually purchase the 5.11 Women's Stryke pant and ordered the same size in this pant, but they do fit smaller. I like the style and pockets but I would recommend getting one size up. The seller was great to deal with in resolving this issue and I recommend them as well.
