This stuff is great for night leg cramps or to add to your juice or water after sweating a lot. I try to avoid Gatorade and similar sports drinks but I really feel much better after working out or walking around in the hot Florida weather when I'm using these drops regularly. It tastes pretty bad but if you spread it out throughout the day in all your beverages, like a half a dropper-full here and there, it's fine. I recommended it to my mother a few months ago for her leg cramps she was getting from traveling so much, planes can be very dehydrating and after suffering from them for nearly a year they vanished after a week of using this stuff. It also has a decent amount of magnesium in it so if you're getting plenty of sodium and calcium from other sources, it probably completes any glaring electrolyte deficiencies. I highly recommend this product.

This product has been a game changer! I use it after a work-out and at night. I don't have leg cramps anymore!

I use twice as much water as is recomended, or more, these are quite salty and I don't recomend using small portions of water with this. Great to hydrate though.

Only contains 2 percent of daily potassium recommended, what is the point ??

I had low levels of potassium, so I ordered this product. Retested my levels after a while of taking this and I am no longer in the deficit!
