Yes, the little holes are not knocked out of the paper. This, for me, is not a big deal. I left them in the tags, bc honestly, for most, it does not matter.They were the right size to right the baby's name, DOB and weight on them.They came with some skinny twine pieces, but I did not use them, as I used the gift bag drawstring ribbons. I cannot attest to the quality or performance of the twine.I really liked the purchase of these tags. They were a good size and served their purpose well.

These are cute and nice weight. The holes for the string and at decorative edge are not punched out and are difficult to manually punch out. I would not buy them again.

Our company color is orange so I bought these to put on Christmas gifts. Looked nice on the gifts.
