Wow what a read, I’m still only half way through but the amount I have found out all ready to help me in my journey is amazing! It’s the type of book you can keep coming back to to learn more with different yoga and meditation session layouts. I’m just a beginner so if you are too, I’d get this book!

Amazing book! Very clear it sounds like someone is talking to you when you read it. A lot of practical ideas to work through you sorririam development. I’m doing the kundalini yoga and working on my chakras, I feel a lot more secure and positive about my spiritual journey.

I love all the topics that are covered in this book. I was amazed how it helped me gain more indepth knowledge. Very well explained and gave me a deeper insight. Would definately recommend this read.

I am somewhat experienced with astral travel and metaphysical work as a whole. However, mobility issues and pain have hampered my work over the last few years. I read these books, in an effort to get back on the bike - as it were. Each book was concise and relatively well written, but suffered from occasional run on sentences and the odd typo. I felt it lacked detail in places and would have worked better, if the techniques described were more clearly laid out on the page. Over all, a decent primer for the experienced. While beginners will appreciate this book, as an easy to follow starting point.

Bought this book for a acquaintance who thoroughly enjoyed all exercises in the book would recommend to a friend. -12 B

The book goes in depth in the concepts of chakra, kundalini etc. A must read in case you're looking to get into kundalini yoga. Images could have been added for the practices, it would have been more helpful!
