I recommend easing into this product. It has a stimulating effect, like yohimbe and it has a bitter taste like yellow root. It is a good potent, product though.

I am using this as part of my PCT following a cycle of six weeks. If you need an explanation of that last sentence, you are not picking up what I am laying down. The other products used in my PCT "stack" are also from Bulk Supplements: Longjack; HMB; & Maca. I take 1/4 teaspoon of Tribulus, 1/2 teaspoon of HMB, 1/4 teaspoon of Maca, and 1/8 teaspoon of Longjack three times a day, mixed into my oatmeal, at least four hours apart. Yes, there is a herbal flavor associated, but it is not too bad. I have always ascribed to the "sold for nutritional value and results" part as opposed to taste. I have not experienced an upset stomach or additional flatulence from the herbs being added. I have not had problems sleeping, nor have I experienced additional hunger or jitteriness. My strength levels have stayed the same as they were during the cycle while I have used this stack (about a month now). I have not experienced severe soreness following heavy workouts. I have not dropped any of the weight I put on (12 lbs. of lean mass put on), and my testosterone levels are hovering around 800, which is not too bad since my levels were under 400 in January 2015 without any supplementation. Body fat% is still 6%. Service is prompt. I purchased this tribulus outright. My only complaint is that the package does not seal well at all.

I'm an active 44 year old that works out with weights three times a week. I initially bought this to raise my libido. It didn't do that. But I noticed after about two weeks of use the layer of belly fat that covers my abs started to melt. I was shocked because I've been trying to get this last little bit of fat off for more than two years. Another thing was the amount of energy I had at the gym increased a lot. It is the absolute worst tasting supplement I've ever had to ingest. I mean this stuff is awful. Although it doesn't increase libido, I do have to say that when the time comes to perform I am more ready than I have been in years.

This was my first time purchasing from BulkSupplements so I was a bit nervous as I am with any new supplement company. But this Tribulus is just AWESOME!!! I've only been taking it for 3 days but I already feel it working (I was taking a pill form or tribulus from another company with positive effects...so I am very familiar with this product). Many say to stack Tribulus with Forskolin & DAA and have purchased the DAA but not the Forskolin yet....and I am still feeling great in the gym & energetic all day! I've taken the recommended dosage 2 times per day so far...once with my morning protein shake & again with my DIY preworkout (Tribulus, creatine, ALCAR, BCAA & Crystal Light Caffeine). The tribulus mixes very well even in just water & the taste is tolerable with water but not the best tasting...But even the pills had a bad taste & smell. Overall BulkSupplements was a good choice for me & I will be purchasing from them again!!!

I am in my early 40's and over the past year or so it seems I have lost stamina in the gym and overall. Also my sex drive has plummeted. I did some research on raising testosterone levels and this product (tribulus terrestris) came up. Some reasons for low testosterone were low vitamin D3 and zinc. I already had a few bottles of zinc sitting around that I take every now and then but I went ahead and ordered some D3 and Tribulus Terrestris from Bulk Supplements. Sure enough I noticed immediate difference in the gym and as far as my sex drive. Most other reviewers said they didn't notice much as far as sex drive is concerned, so I'm thinking maybe it has something more to do with me taking a combination of the 3. But it is a dramatic improvement from what it was just 2 days ago. The stuff tastes horrible so be prepared to make capsules or just dump it in the back of your throat and wash it down as quick as you can. It is not very soluble and will not even blend up when I put it in the juicer. Then again, most bulk powders taste horrible and you just learn to get used to it. I get so irritated when people knock stars off their review of a supplement based on taste. I have ordered many things from Bulk Supps over the years including L-Argenine, L-Citrulline, Creatine, Glutamine, BCAA amino acids, Turmeric Curcumin, etc. I have always been satisfied with my purchase. It's amazing how much money you can save buying from Bulk Supps. Their stuff is a fraction of what you pay for in pill form. I have not had a chance to post reviews on the other supplements I have ordered but will be doing so shortly. Hope this helps anyone suffering from the same symptoms I was.

So, i love this company and time will determine whether this should become a 4 star rating, but as for now 3 stars is all i can muster. The most obvious issue is that i had to contact them to find the saponin percentage and to learn that there is NO PROTODIOSCIN in this 40-45% saponin extract. Kind of disappointing since i've read that protodioscin is the main active component in tribulus and i absolutely think this should be part of a buyer's decision making and should be clearly printed on the label. However, I'm fairly certain that the effects on my libido are quite pronounced even after only a few days of use (2 caps, two times a day; 1200mg x 2= 2.4 grams) so I'm still hopeful that this product will prove to be what I'd expect from Bulk Supplements. I will definitely update this review after a few weeks if things change notably. To be clear, 40-45% is a decent extract! And i do think that protodioscin claims by other companies (80%,90%,200000%!!!) are bogus and just a way to lure people into buying their stuff. I have not had one product from this company that i didn't at least find useful and cost-effective and i'm 98.7% positive that the libido is UP as a result of this. I'm just not sure if any boost in T or LH would result from it's supplementation without protodioscin.
