how does this product compare with new chapter?

I left New Chapter for this brand because New Chapter sold out. It used to be a small, organic company. No longer. I have been using this for a few years now and it's awesome.

What changes in your body have you noticed and in what time frame did you notices these changes?

Diarrhea within a few days of taking 50% dose (ie, 2 capsules). It has taken a while for me to start suspecting that this supplement is the problem, but after reading the reviews, I am discontinuing.

How does this compare with one a day vitamins? why is this so expensive?

Is it unecessary (or even overdosing) to take the Garden of Life B complex alongside this?

Vitamin Code Women's Multi provides 100% or more of all B Vitamins. If you have a particular need to take additional B-Complex then this would be necessary.
