Wow I had a thrombosed haemorrhoid which made it impossible to sit down or pass a movement without serious pain and bleeding. Tried all the main brands and nothing worked for me until this! Well what can I say ,,,I was skeptical reading these reviews too good to be true , but tried it anyway I needed something and needed something NOW .And it didn't disappoint used it immediately and worked to sooth burning within ten mins I was so relieved My little friend had occurred almost of a sudden I'd come back from a Holi in Benidorm and on traveling home started with the trots . I took imodium whiched worked but didn't go loo then for two days and then there out of no where appeared! To my horror I've never had suffered with anything like that before not even after giving birth to two children . I thought I'm not off to the docs! Everyone on media I read nothing worked ,so scoured about and on that same day ordered it next day delivery I couldn't wait and 🙏it would work . Well I'm a week on and has reduced ever so slightly , softer and no sorness AT ALL even after a motion great . I will continue to use and hopefully reduce further but the main thing is noooo pain I highly recommend this for that reason if nothing else, no burning or itching within ten mins . Apply often as you can massage in ,first time it's a little sore to touch but once on and left 5 to ten mins ohhhh bliss and thereafter gets more supple to touch so less psin when rub in . Don't just dab on try rub all over it / them ,use a clean different finger each time you go in the pot ,you won't be disappointed the RELIEF ,feel normal again and more comfortable sitting within hours . I was like you reading these but honestly Id shout from the roof tops hahaha how good for the pain I just keep thinking HOW? I don't care I feel loads better not as miserable sitting better walking , and going to loo. X

Although the item is expensive for the quantity one receives, it is effective and soothing so I would consider this a good buy and a quality product.

Nice smelling cream but no effect using as how it intended. Not wasted as taking to stables to use for horse fly bites or scratches etc

I never suffered from piles before in my life,so a week before Christmas and I was in agony, with my new found sympathy for fellow sufferers I tried every over the counter cream available nothing worked so feeling miserable at this jolly time of year I searched Amazon and found this little pot of gold,When it arrived I was sceptical it's a small pot for a big problem but even after it's first use I felt better, cooling,calming and less pain.After four days of use things were better and I was feeling much more festive.All bodies are different but I have to say for me this was miraculous and I can only thank the makers for what they do, it's natural too no nasty chemicals or drugs.If you are in excruciating pain like I was please give this a go,I now know how awful this condition is and it worked for me.

Not a medicine for haemorrhoids at all.I am Bulgarian and on the back of the box is written in Bulgarian .Absolutely useless

Ive had piles and a painful fissure for years,bled a lot,and felt like passing broken glass when I went for a poo.Tried all the well known brands of creams,pessaries etc,nothing really worked,so after reading reviews here ,thought Id nothing to lose by giving it a go.Thought it was pricey for such a small tub,but was willing to try anything.Im on my 3rd day of using it and already the difference is amazing,no more glass shards when loo visiting lol,that's a relief in itself,the bleeding has stopped and I feel in all honesty that its been money well spent.Wouldnt hesitate to recommend it,because for me it's made a helluva difference.I will buy more as a back up,but a little goes a really long way,so though the amount is small,it's brilliant value for money,so if like me you felt like you were passing glass lol try it,works for me and wouldnt be without it :)

Ich und mein Mann benutzen beide sorten der Salbe als tägliche Gesichtscreme und bei Wunden, Stichen oder Entzündungen und wunden Stellen oder Hämorrhoiden bzw. bei Juckteiz und trockener Haut kenne ich nach fast sechzig jahren nichts besseres. IHNE DUFTSTOFFE und sehr weich gepflegte Haut. Besser gehts nicht und wenn nichts mehr hilft, trage ich vorher Honig auf bis es gut ist und dann diese beiden Cremes im Wochenwechsel auch für das alternde Gesicht und ich bin ohne Chemie und Duftstoff Zusätzen etc. bestens gepflegt. Auch Haarspitzen und der Bart meines Mannes tun die Salben gut! VOLLE STERNCHEN UND EMPFEHLUNG. Man kann nur hoffen, das Rezept bleibt so und der Preis bleibt immer moderat bezahlbar. Natürlich gibts keine Creme, die Falten weg zaubert, aber diese Salbe macht pflegendes, fettendes, frisches Gefühl und das verjüngt doch ehrlicher Dich/mich/uns auch! Habe nun ein Abo erst mal für jedes 1/2 Jahr. Brauche ich mehr, weil mein Mann es nun begeistert mit benutzt, muss ich das Abo verkürzen. Viel Glück der Firma für dieses faire, Schadstoff freie, ehrliche Produkt.
