I highly recommend for increasing fiber intake. It doesn’t dissolve well in liquid so it’s best to go in a morning smoothie and it doesn’t change the flavor of your smoothie which is a bonus over other products that are flavored.

Overpriced & container half full
Although the product seems good and dissolves in liquid, it is expensive and the container was only HALF full. Not worth the price. Same scam as the disappearing chocolate bars which are half their original size.
