Excellent product
My 6 yr old grandson landed the drone on the top of my head within a few minutes of getting airborne. Reponsive and fun to fly.

Takes quite a bashing.
It works ok but the battery's are a faff to fit and it's not easy to tell when they go flat because it gives you the same warnings as a non connection problem. But when it finally connects to the controller it works fine and it puts up with some rough knocks.

Very entertaining little gadget.

Lack of after sales support service
Lack of after sales support service. I purchased a Holy Stone HS230 from Holy Stone's Ebay shop and the batteries have expanded in size and lost their nominal capacity. I contacted Holy Stone about replacements and they do not stock parts for the HS230. This is not acceptable and I will never purchase a product from Holy Stone again as their values for not supporting sustainability are unethical.

Best out of 6 tried
This is the 6th drone for kids I tried (all returned), finally one that is good enough to hold position. It is small and it's not easy to change battery but it will be a great fun for my niece.
