Mariage Freres Marco Polo Loose Tea, 100g in Paper Pouch (1 Pack)

I had the opportunity to visit a Mariage Frere tea house outside the US and found it charming. I fell in love with the Marco Polo selection because it is a tea with an unusual flavor that is pleasing with a somewhat multi layer like fine wine. I highly suggest you try it!

If you know, you know. Marco Polo is just the best flavored tea.

My favorite tea for over a decade!

Marco Polo is a special indulgence after having it during my first trip to Paris. It is a rich dark tee infused with subtle red berries. I first had it with a croissant in Paris. The scent and flavor takes me right back to that bucket list trip.

I've been drinking Marco Polo tea for decades, ever since I lived around the corner from the original shop in Paris. It's a bright and fragrant flavored black tea which has nice complexity, too. I like to drink it in the afternoons. Four stars are off, however, for the completely thoughtless shipping. I ordered a 100g package of loose tea leaves. This expensive tea was shipped to me in a plastic Amazon bag. Inside of it, the package of tea had been crushed. Many of the tea leaves are now dust. I won't be ordering from this seller again.

Love this tea. The flavor is so smooth. It is a little pricey. I can get it for half the price of this seller in a tea shop. So probably will not order on line again.

I was introduced to this tea many many years ago on a trip in Paris. If you get to Paris, go to their main store in the Marais (Rue Bourg-Tibourg) . It is an amazing experience. This tea is a fruity and flowery blend of black tea. I buy the leaves and brew the tea myself. I have not tried the tea bags so I cannot comment on them. If you are a tea drinker you will enjoy this delicate and fragrant beverage.

Dans la région de Montréal il est difficile de le trouver. Avec Amazon en quelques clics il est à livré à la maison.

Was a gift.

Ordered five and only got four and nothing was done to repair the situation. Never again. I consider that it is stilling and dishonesty. So one stars for them when it should actually be zero.
