Must have for gluten intolerant cake cravers. I had no allergic reaction after having it. 90% tastes like a normal sponge cake

Rancid and infected with bugs
This had flour beetles in it and smelt rancid too. So use at your own risk.. I have another flavor of the mix lying with me which I am going to trash.
