Comfortable for plus size, room for inhaler, phone, water/spray bottle, good for hiking and running
1. Large pocket fits my phone, my (very slim) metal wallet, and car keys. My phone (iPhone 11) has a big ol case on it and it still fits. My husband has a slightly larger phone and his fits too (not at the same time). It has a thin pocket sleeve inside of the large pocket which is where I put my wallet. 2. Smaller pocket fits my inhaler perfectly. I think this smaller pocket is meant for the keys but there’s space to put my keys in the larger pocket. I love having a space for my inhaler and don’t notice it all while running so I can forget it’s even there unless I need it. 3. Water bottle sleeve at a slant is great. You can of course put a water bottle in it but I like to use it for a spray bottle for my face because I have rosacea and get overheated easily. It also has room for my compression gloves that I keep underneath the bottle when not using. When I wear it running I like to wear the bottle in the front for easy access. My husband needs to bottle somewhat more to the side for comfort but it works for him too. You can wear it in back if you prefer but I haven’t tried it that way. I think on the side would get annoying and worry about hitting your arm on it when running. Great to have when hiking too! I can remove the water bottle one handed while keeping my other hand on the hiking pole. 4. Great for plus-size. At women’s 2x size and I’m not even at max on this belt so I feel it could fit someone larger than me, maybe up to 3x? Not sure for certain. Easy to adjust once it’s on. If it’s slipping really easy to tighten, also easy to loosen. It’s just Velcro. Also fits my husband with a narrower waist. I think this could fit slimmer people and if needed there is a way to cut the belt shorter (but with the Velcro probably won’t need to trim). Really versatile for sizes. 5. Works for running, hiking. I felt like the fit is a little nicer with bigger hips compared to my husband that needed to tighten it more. But worked well for his recent 10k (first time he used this belt). When he first put it on it was pinching (not sure how, and I’ve never had pinching with this belt) but after adjusting a bit he said it wasn’t pinching anymore. 5. I have not tried using the loop on the side yet so can’t give my opinion on that. Overall I think this is a great belt. Getting a second in a different color for my spouse!

I so badly want to give this 5 stars..
Now just because I'm giving it 4 stars doesn't mean I don't highly recommend this; it's wonderful and I DO recommend this running belt! There's just a couple of "downfalls" that will not impact everyone, but are annoying enough that I couldn't bring myself to give it 5 stars. 4.5 is probably quite accurate. First off, the good.. and there's a lot to love about this. It has literally played a direct role in helping me run more comfortably, run longer and have a better running time. Prior to this, I was either A.) not running with water (which in Florida means pretty short runs) or B.) Carrying a water bottle in my hand (or pockets) while I run, which was awkward, annoying and inconvenient (especially with the water bottles I was using, where I was having to stop to drink because I didn't have a "squirt into your mouth" bottle initially either). Being able to hold the water bottle on my hip (therefore keeping my hands and pockets free) make for a much more comfortable run. It also allows me to carry a bit more water because I can fit a bit larger of a water bottle in the belt than I would tend to carry with me when I had to carry it. This belt has also taken my iPhone out of my hands/pocket (and I don't have to wear a wrap around my arm to carry it either and make it less accessible) and prevents it from moving/shifting in my pocket/potentially falling out of my pocket when I pick up speed. It has a wonderful tiny pocket that I typically keep a $5 bill in (just incase I run by a place that sells water on a day that I maybe have drank more water than anticipated) and a couple of running gels. When I first got the belt, it felt pretty comfortable around my waist and really freed up my runs. Now, for the "downsides"... these downsides will not bother everyone but they do me. I typically run with AirPods (any sort of wireless headphones will take away the issue I'm about to mention) but there have been a couple occasions where I have misplaced my AirPods temporarily, wether it be someone borrowing them, not being able to find them when I need them or simply going somewhere for a weekend trip and not taking them with me. I have an iPhone XR; the iPhone fits in the belt pocket beautifully when there's no wires connected to it. When I have to use my wired headphones, though, it becomes a problem. The iPhone XR only fits in a specific way (you have to put the port-side in first) and run the wires over the phone and out of the top of the pocket. It doesn't easily go in or out of the pocket which, after numerous runs, becomes quite annoying (especially not being able to close the pocket all of the way). My MAIN issue is about the belt itself; there's a piece of plastic that you weave the velcro belt though when adjusting it to your size. In less than a month, the fabric that holds the hard plastic is scrunching on itself, meaning the plastic rectangle piece moves... and it moves a lot. When this shift happens, the belt loosens up a fair amount and falls down my waist some, at one point dropping far enough that it hit my thighs and I lost most of my balance. Due to this, after a few weeks of running comfortably, I now have to decide on either wearing it too tight or wearing it too loose, neither of which is very comfortable. This could be simply a "I got a faulty belt" and nobody else has this problem... but it's annoying enough and it loosens in my runs enough that I can't not mention it and knock it down from a 5 star rating. However... the pros absolutely outweigh the cons. It's an incredible product; do some research; I do recommend it!

molto utile da usare come sistema di aggancio in vita per vari oggetti, mantenendo le mani libere... attenzione alla misura: è taglia unica e per persone robuste può essere stretta!
