Its fragrance of vanilla is so potent and the powder is super fine that the powder can be added to any dessert. I brought this product twice and used it to make vegan vanilla cakes. I even packaged vanilla vegan cake mixes for my friends and family to prepare that they were so shocked that the vanilla fragrance shined through even after baking the cake. I use this all the time instead of vanilla. Just use the last of it so time to order some more.

This product has changed as of the last time i order (this year) It originally had sugar as the first ingredient. Now its no longer organic and has tapioca dextrose in it instead. It does not even taste close to the same as the one that had sugar before. I won't be buying anymore after several years of putting it in my coffee. Shame.
