I've been using the Logitech G Pro headset for a while now, and it's an outstanding product. The sound quality is crystal clear with rich, immersive audio that enhances both gaming and music experiences. The build is sturdy yet lightweight, making it comfortable for extended use. The noise-canceling microphone delivers clear communication, perfect for online gaming or calls. The design is sleek and professional, and the adjustable headband ensures a perfect fit. This is the best headset at the 100 dollar price range. It's comfortable, structurally strong, and has a decent mic. The sound production is very nice to my ear and the choice of included ear cuffs is very nice for those of us that don't like the fake leather stuff.Please note that this is a wired headset. It does include a USB soundcard, but I don't use that specifically.I just wanted a good quality wired headset to use with my existing soundcard and I got it.

I purchased this headset for my teen son who uses it exclusively for watching YT vids and with multi player games. I purchased at the end of July. The headset has been great. I did not want a headset with a wireless bluetooth connection, as that "tech", which I use loosely, is marginal at best. I am not a fan, and welcome ANY other wireless technology that is NOT bluetooth. The other benefit is the separate removable pin to usb cable. This is for the 7.1 surround sound. This, in my opinion, is a key feature. Why? Skip to mid Nov, where the pin mysteriously becomes bent. Simultaneously, my son was complaining about a low volume, so I purchased a new pin to USB cable from Logitech. This didn't solve the issue with the low volume. Logitech provides free software that is used to adjust headset volume controls. This was news to me, which I discovered this morning (1 week to xmas), when I phoned Logitech support. The initial woman and tech fellow with whom I spoke to resolve the issue was AWESOME! I didn't have to wait, provide proof of purchase, none of that. We went straight to the software on the PC to get to a resolution. I unselected the noise reduction, increased the volume to 100%. For some reason it was set to 70%, which more than likely contributed to the low volume, and did seem to resolve the issue. Aside from the amazing customer support, which is important, the headset is very comfortable. I am not a user of over the head earphones, but these fit me well. My son wears them for hours on end, with no complaints. We are on the small size, under 5'5", so have smaller noggins. He raves about the microphone quality, which is very good. This element is quite difficult to find in lower end headsets. I am thrilled Logitech support was able to resolve the low volume issue. We've had this set for 5 months, and no issues with the cushioning or any other aspect of this well constructed product. We are no audiophiles, so I am not measuring this on specific sound characteristics. If you are mainly watching videos and gaming, this is a great option at a moderate price point. Not cheap, but not over 100. I will update once I receive the report from my son, on his impressions of the adjustments made. If he is not completely satisfied, we will simply call Logitech support back and see what they recommend. I would buy these again, but luckily, fingers crossed, the issue was resolved!! We've gone through 4 headsets over the past 3 years, so I am just about done with buying these things. I hope this helps!

Logitech G635 DTS, X 7.1 Surround Sound LIGHTSYNC RGB PC Gaming headset because the left speaker decided to just, stop working.Got this on sale, I prefer a wired set up and gave it a try.I was about to give it a 1 star review being what would be well made trash but I found the problem was I had connected the wire backwards. With it backwards, the headset sounded terrible, flat and there was no surround sound.After switching the wire and running the test it sounds clear with proper surround sound and base. Everything about this headset feels high quality. It sits on my head comfortably and the ear pads fully encompass my ears.It's not as comfortable as the G635 with it's cool, foam ear pads and I can't figure out why but the quality of the sound doesn't feel as "on point" as the G635. Even though it felt like a cheap plastic headset, I'm going to miss it unless I can figure out how to fix the problem.If the left ear didn't stop working for whatever reason, I'd recommend the G635.The final detail is the wire. Can install it backwards and it is a unique jack set up. I already have to kind of twist it and push it in the socket of the headset to make sure it has a good connection. I might replace this at some point and keep it as a backup. It's good, just not great. The construction is great, but the sound and wire issue is iffy.

This headset was refurbished and it looked like new. Sound is so impressive. Good for games and music. Works very good with Dolby Atmos and works well on Xbox elite 2 controller. I use it for hours and no discomfort. My Black Shark V2 headset was uncomfortable and hot. The sound is about the same. You can't go wrong. Not a heavy headset.

Love these. They are not designed to break like turtle beach headphones. The parts that get the physical stress from holding the ear pieces to your head are made of metal. Super comfortable. The sound quality is great and the mic is good. The only downside is they don’t have built in monitoring but you can usually do that through your console or TV anyways. Highly recommended.
