no citric acid. no preservatives. no artificial colors. no natural flavors. just water, salt , vinegar brine. moderate sodium. quick fix for the salty savory cravings. the brine can be repurposed for adding flavor to homemade broth and dressings , or to help emulsify aioli and dips. when the jar is empty , i like to sip the brine for a quick potassium and energy boost. tiny sips , obviously , because it's still Salt. every jar has always been great quality. always sealed for safety. olives are fresh with a good bite. never mushy , always firm flesh and crisp. best value when purchased on sale.

I give it a 1 for the disastrous outcome. The contents leaked through the packaging. Seal was broken and cap was loose. I’m even afraid to taste it. Contents look bruised.

These olives are terrific. The texture and the freshness are clearly delicious. While most olives are imported and have to travel a long distance, Mina uses sea water in the jar instead of harmful preservatives. I highly recommend this product.

My husband loves olives, and since he enjoyed them so much, I bought more and will continue to buy this brand!

Many jars of olives in the USA are stuffed so full of salt, that eating one from one of those jars strips the tastebuds from your tongue. Either that, or the olive tastes like burnt rubber. Disgustingly poor IMHO. These, however, are EXACTLY as olives should be. OK, so olives from different countries vary in flavour, but these are how I remember them in Morocco - Grassy green, mild, slightly fruity, with just a little pepper in the back. I can munch them straight out of the jar. Perfect for salads, Italian dishes etc etc. Worth every penny.
