I am an occupational therapist and use this when providing therapy to individuals with Parkinson's disease. They LOVE doing boxing exercises. These gloves are big enough to fit my patient's hands.

Gloves allow a very good fit. I work a heavy bag with almost no stress to my hands even with the impact of a 280 pound guy.

Nothing bad about these

These are good gloves for training. The open palms/fingers make routines a little more efficient. These are light weight, but do have nice padding for hitting a heavy bag. They're a snug fit, but have room for wraps too, if you choose. I'm not sure, if I would use these in a sparring session, these would be great for home gym, or more cardio focused workouts with bag work.

My Coach recommended these, and so far they have been great! They fit great, and feel as though they were carved perfectly to my hand.
