I received the case of mugs and it was packed so well I barely got into it. The company did an excellent job of making sure none of the 36 mugs were broken. I love the quality and especially like the fact there is no writing or logos on the bottom of the mugs - just a nice, clean surface. Price was good, too. I will be buying from this company again. Although I have not sublimated in the mugs yet, I do not expect any issues.

I’ve ordered a case of 36 mugs twice from the same company and both times, the customer service and the quality of the mugs and the sublimation coatings were outstanding. The colors transferred evenly, true and are very durable. Also, there was fairly wide-latitude of heat-press temperature, time and pressure settings for consistent results. Out of 50 printed, there was only one reject due to operator error. The mugs came shipped in a double box with cardboard dividers, and each mug was wrapped in a clear plastic bag then a bubble-wrap bag baggie overall. Only one mug was damaged out of both shipments. The handle had a crack in the handle but it was still useful as a first-article test.

I have bought these 4 times now and will continue to purchase they work great and every cup comes out flawless

( editing my 1 star to a 5 star, inspite of my lost mugs, I now see it was human error due to my documentation "how to" was wrong. ** original 1 star review ** MY first mug looked beautiful, however the following 5 all bled the image in the bottom half of the mug in the same location. I"m really disappointed and have had a huge run of bad luck trying to find good products lately. **edit with 5 star review change** lack of documentation ( proper documentation ) caused human error on my part. I have since made a good half dozen successful mugs since my failed attempts. These work perfectly. for folks just starting our, preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit with heat tape, tape your image ( without any air bubbles ) on to the mug surface, adjust the straps ( by popping out the pin and resizing the rubber strap ) to where it fits tightly on your mug. the strap hooks under the handle. put something in your oven to set this on, I used aluminium foil, and I also used a pie tin. the rubber is heat resistant so it will not melt. Leave the mug in this preheated oven for 15 minutes, turn the oven off, and let the mug cool in the oven. If you take it out too soon your image will bleed. I have just recently found this out. While many people may know right away what to do, I did not, so I hope my input here, will help.

I have had these for a while. Never got around to them. I subbed these for 190 sec at 400 degrees. Holds inks well . I wrap them and also put butcher paper or construction paper around them so no inks spread. Heavy pressure does the trick for vibrant inks. I ended up doing 22xmas hot chocolate mugs. On the other side has names. I will definitely buy again

These are the best mugs. This is my 2nd purchase and not one mug has been broken either time. My order came wayyyy before the delivery date.

I ordered these mugs back in January of this year. I had recently started doing sublimation and it was a great price for 36 mugs. They sublimate great and sell quickly. Was looking to purchase them again but they have gone up in price considerably since January so I won’t be able to do a reorder, which is a shame. Would have liked to have given this seller my repeat business but until the price comes back down it’s a no go. Sorry.
