Excellent intake Easy to install. No issues. Gives the mustang a nice response to acceleration

Discontinued on AmericanMuscle so I ended up here. Best no tune required intake for 3valves imo. It comes with a restrictor at the mafs that you can put in so that you can run it without a tune. You can opt to not use it for more airflow if you can get it tuned. Even without a tune, it noticeably wakes the car up and sounds better. Should only take 30 minutes to install but mostly likely around an hour after inevitably running into a bunch of little problems unrelated to the product.

Gotta mustang 07 gt and it fit in the car but the car wouldn’t run with it at all. Kept coking it out. To the point it wouldn’t start. Don’t know if it was the item or wasn’t right for my vehicle. Wouldn’t recommend this.

CAI was exactly as expected. Good product. Fit exactly in 2009 Mustang GT. Other people complained they couldn’t get the fitment correct or parts were too tight. Good grip strength and it works out just fine. Sellers, stop using FEDEX to ship. Amazon shipping is always great in my area. Contacted FEDEX. They kept saying they were just behind and the package was not lost. Shipping was 17 days.

Easy installation looks great and my car is breathing much better. High quality and well engineered.

Pretty straightforward install, just gather the few tools needed and take your time. I only had two speed bumps to deal with. The filter mounting collar opening in the housing required a little grinding to enlarge for proper fit. The neoprene isolation seal takes a little effort to install, no big deal. This unit is listed as a "no tune required" CAI, however that's only true if you install the air flow restrictor supplied with the kit. If you want the maximum advantage of this unit you omit the restrictor and get a tune. I installed the restrictor as I don't have ready access to tuners but did want to drive my car. The throttle response was improved as installed. Very complete kit and excellent instructions.

I was really excited to get this cold air intake for my 2008 mustang. But... first disappointment was the sellers ad photo showed a white Rouch logo but mine came all black. No big deal. I'll paint it. #2 disappointment was the air filter mounting ring holes were miss routed. Only three ways it could fit but I could only get two to line-up at anytime. Out comes the Dremel tool. #3...see photos. Restrictor tube needed for a no re-tune install was not cut correctly. More Dremel tool work to inlarge. #4... the brass barrel nuts molded into the air tube would not accept the screws supplied with the kit. Out comes the tap and die set. In the end the intake works great,but the workmanship sucks.

Easy to install and added power and cool sound. One hour to install.
