First time I've ever used a coil cleaner of any type. It is not particularly foamy or sudsy which would seem more satisfying to watch work, but it did the job for me. I could not really see a big difference until the condenser coil dried up after rinsing. When it dried, though, I could really tell the difference with the few spots I could not really get to with the cleaner.

This product is so easy to use. Cleans the condenser coil great. Will purchase the product again.

All i have to say is wow. The amount of nasty this stuff cleaned out of my outdoor unit was amazing. Had enough left over and did my neighbors too. Theirs was worse!

Way overpriced. Save the container when you're done and refill it with dish soap and water.
