Been using Optimum Nutrition for a while, and could not find any of their creatine so i switched to this one. feels the same in quality, and the creatine is giving me a lot of energy, i feel like my muscles are bigger than what they would, i train in Russian Combat Sambo, Judo, Some NO GI Grappling, Russian style boxing & kickboxing, without the creatine my muscles would be a lot smaller because i mostly do endurance training and not a lot of strength training, love it and lasts a long time.

Just a solid product overall! Easy to understand instructions, and the creatine is flavorless so it’ll mix with any pre-workout or just water. Stay hydrated while using and you’re good to go! I try to cycle creatine - after finishing a jug, I’ll take a month or two off of it before cycling back on

Hard to mix in abd tastes chalky. Do not mix with protein powder and milk. It tastes very bitter done that way.

I had been taking GNC creatine monohydrate. That ran out so I decided to try PI's creatine since i was using the preworkout. PI's creatine is great. It has a consistency of powdered sugar and mixes really well. Not gritty like other creatines. I've been really pleased with the creatine and it has helped with my progress in working out.

I've tried so many different brands. Let’s be honest all Creatine is pretty much the same, the only thing that seems to vary is the tastes and how well it mixes. This stuff mixes the best and has almost no taste.

This creatine is really good and the best part is it is clean so you are getting 100% good quality that actually works!!

Good price, it has no taste in smoothies. Too early to tell yet about lean body mass but I'm sure it's good stuff.

Brought this creatine and it was very clumpy, I am very disappointed.
