Murray & Nadel's Textbook of Respiratory Medicine, 2-Volume Set

Amazing ! As the same a complete txtbook abt respiratory med. New chapters concerning molecular biology with uptodate biblio voices. As regard clinical point of view the work is amazing. Every chapter is a review written by exp. opinion of the field. Another important thing is the internet service with exp.cons. ..a very good tool easy to use containing a lot of good immages. This time I was a bit tempted to buy fishman's book but the price of the work is a nonsense (+100 $ abt.) So if you are interested in the field of pulmonary dis. buy the book and enjoy your reading !

I have finally upgraded from the version I had in fellowship ten years ago! Still a cornerstone of pulmonary medicine. I still prefer this over Fischman's since this overlaps with critical care more and has a more fluid writing. It even has online reference which is helpful when I need access

Must have for pulmonary fellows.

awesome textbook sabotaged by the publisher who decided for ? profit to remove the bibliographic references ,loosing scientific credibility
