I like it but I dont love it. It needs more power, the motor gets bogged down rather easily. A better design would be to use two C size batteries. That would have allowed for a bit more powerful motor.Update: The batteries it came with ran down so I replaced them with new Duracells. Wow, what a difference. It now has the power needed. When you buy this buffer you might want to trash the included batteries for fresh name brand AAs.

Weak motor for shining shoes, does an average job at best

I guess it's not a bad item for people with carpal tunnel and all, but a regular shoe shine kit does twice as good and at twice as fast. The brush attachments need to be made of more sturdy bristles, there's not enough RPMs for the buffer, and it's very loud. I think it would be a better item if it had a better motor in it.

Great to shine any shoes.

I've had this product for a while and used it more than a few times and now need new pads for the polish but cannot find anywhere to buy them. I like it--it does a good job... It really helps me since I have arthritis in my hands, especially when I'm doing my husband's shoes. Does anyone know where to find the replacement pads?

The "Buff'N Shine is compact, works well and is battery (replaceable) powered. which is great !

The unit works just like it should. Makes shineing shoes much easier for me. An additional instruction sheet would have helped.
