Zero quality control
I love these crackers — sometimes. My low rating is because you never know which version of cracker you’re going to get. Will this pack be thick and crunchy or thin and crispy? Will it be dark and flavorful or pale and bland? Even the diameter can vary. Conclusion: they have zero quality control. I got so frustrated with this variability that I wrote to the company about and and after some back and forth with QA they basically said this is an acceptable range of variation. I will attach a picture and you can decide: if two crackers are different sizes, different colors, textures and even different TASTES, for crying out loud, how can you call them the same cracker? (Just to be clear, each of these is from a different package of supposedly the same cracker. One whole package was like the one on the right, and another whole package was like the one on the left.) I guess they came from different factories, but what other company allows this inconsistency, I ask you?? Sheesh. It drives me nuts.If you’re wondering why I care, just, at all, it’s because when you get a good pack, it’s soooo freaking good. I could live on them. But that just makes the bland packs even more disappointing. You have an amazing recipe, Edward & Sons! Just use it! Every time!!

Something special.
I have a kazillion food allergies. It's taken a lot of pleasure from my life. Who doesn't love food?Anyway, I can't eat anything resembling bread but usually there are zero crackers I can eat as well. There is one ingredient on these bad boys. RICE. That's it! No soy oil no safflower oil, no nada. All the things that wod normally stop me from eating "hypoallergenic " food isn't here! Yay. Finally something with crunch and I can use as a cracker is here. All I can say is THANK YOU!Oh, btw, other reviewers said they received a lot of the crackers broken. I don't know what happened to their delivery but I'd expect more black ages from a hand picked lot from a market.Totally happy with the non breakage. Extremely happy it's a cracker I can eat.Currently eating some in bed and my almost sleeping husband is complaining how loud they are. What a thrill for me to have something crunchy that isn't a carrot!

Broken to Bits
We ordered these crackers/snaps in bulk, twice, through Prime Subscribe and Save. Both times, the crackers were broken to bits. The most recent delivery was the worst. Thus, I have canceled our bulk orders and now order individual packets from Whole Foods, via our Amazon Prime membership. Please note: the flavor, texture, and ingredients are excellent, especially when the crackers are in tact. Otherwise, it’s difficult to spread or put anything on tiny pieces. Typically, we enjoy them with organic bleu cheese, Brie, or oysters.

Highly recommend!
My go-to cracker for hummus, guacamole, or when I just need to snack on something plain and crunchy. I'm gluten-free and have been ordering this product for years and I've never been disappointed with the taste or quality. Now, I'm a dedicated lifelong customer because I honestly appreciate being able to just eat a tasty cracker without getting sick afterwards. I highly recommend this product and the company that makes it! To the company: Thank you for making a delicious and safe gluten-free cracker!

Great gluten free crackers
There is no salt and only white and brown rice flour. However the packaging is excellent for delivering them whole. So far I have found no broken crackers in the package. I have opened six of them to date. It is a great platform for your favorite dips, sauces, cheese slices, margarine, butter, etc. Try them with mashed avocado on them. How healthy can you get. I have even sprinkled them with potassium chloride and Mrs. Dash "Table Blend" seasoning on the avocado to enhance their flavor. My wife had also taken a liking to them and she has no dietary issues. The Amazon source is for a carton of them (no need to worry about going stale.) The plastic trays compartments holding them on edge is great for preventing breakage. Cutting off the end of a tray's wrapping allows you to slide the tray out to get the crackers and slide it back in to prevent spillage. When two compartments are emptied turn the tray around to access the other two compartments. Enjoy!

Less gluten make these perfect. Why?
The hardest thing about shifting foods is taste, expanse, and overall ease of finding the item.It was tough when the VA pointed out inflammation could be a culprit to my military injury hurting extra. The reduction of gluten and dairy has helped tremendously.Crackers are a favorite. Searching high and low found these at Natural Grocer. While adding to my subscribe and save came accords a case of these for less than the store cost. They're crunchy and gluten-free. My only qualm is not flavorful. This said I've grown accustomed to enjoying certain foods different than when I grew up for health benefits. Getting creative with how these are enjoyed. Overall I'm pleased I have a healthy option I can even give the dog with a little peanut butter. These go great in soup, with peanut butter, cheese, and sardines with hot sauce, tuna. I’ve dipped them in chocolate for my daughter in law similar to other regular crackers for holiday treats and they taste good.At first the flavor might be a turn off when unsalted, but these will grow on a palate over time with regular use.To extend the shelf life I keep them in the freezer.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯

I had this on autoship and whole box was stale. Waste of $33
My kids love these crackers and they are usually good. I had the case on autoship and unfortunately, we have opened 4 packages and all of them were stale. Expiration is September 2018 so I guess they are too close to the expiration date. I thought at first, it was just that my kids are getting tired of the crackers so they weren't eating them as quickly but recently I opened 3 different packages to investigate and they were all hard and stale. It is beyond our return window so I cannot return them. Waste of money.
