Utilizzo i balsami Kräuterhof (riscaldante e rinfrescante) da anni per aiutare i muscoli a recuperare dalla fatica degli allenamenti e per alleviare i dolori da sforzo. Facili da spalmare, con un ottimo profumo grazie alle numerose erbe e danno una bella sensazione, durante l'applicazione e quando iniziano a fare effetto (solitamente dopo 5-10 minuti). I migliori risultati si hanno quando si applica il balsamo durante un massaggio muscolare post allenamento/sforzo. Se applicato nella giusta maniera aiuta veramente a rilassare i muscoli, liberare dalle tensioni e favorirne il recupero, specie per chi come me fa allenamenti intensivi sia a corpo libero che con pesi. Quello rinfrecante ha un forte e gradevole profumo di menta. Se vedete che sembra fare poco effetto abbondate con la dose; quello rinfrescante è un po' più "debole" di quello riscaldante. Ottimo anche il formato con 2 confezioni ad un ottimo prezzo.

J'ai commandé ce produit suite à une élongation du ligament extérieur gauche, et ce gel me convient très bien, apaise les douleurs, et refroidit très bien les lésions, je recommande !
