Highly recommend this powder. 102 necessary minerals. I am now capsuling them, the taste is strong but the effects are amazing. I have been taking 4 capsules in the morning for 3 months and I have experienced a major improvement in my health, energy level, digestive system, mood, skin, and overall well being. One bag makes enough capsules monthly for myself and 3 other individuals. We absolutely love this product so much. Will continue to purchase monthly FOREVER 😄❤️

So I bought this for the benefits. Which are amazing. I just have to say the taste is not really good. It smells very fishy. I am having issues taking this. I can't mix it with a drink because I can't drink that so slowly. What I have to so is shake in an ounce or less of water and take it down like a shot. But guys this is just personal taste opinion. Some ppl may not mind adding it to a shake. I also do think it does not blend that well. It kinda stayed a little clumpy. I am having to shake it vigorously for a long time. I will continue to take it because of the health benefits. If I can down some tequila I can down a shot of this stuff. And this is way better than tequila is for me. LOL

this is a great product. I added cocoa powder which neutralized the taste. I am doing a candida cleanse w/anti microbials and am drinking clay to bind to the toxins. this makes me feel a bit fatigued and I know the clay is likely taking the good stuff along w/the bad. so, seamoss is the most nutrient dense of all foods. or at least very high up. I drank 1 tsp in a few oz. of hot water along w/mushroom powder and about 2 tsp. of cocoa powder. the cocoa powder neutralized the taste pretty well. didn't taste good, but not bad. so that may be my go to. UPDATE: I no longer take it with cocoa powder. I stopped taking this and then started doing Hot Yoga and I sweat alot. so am back on this because its important to replace the minerals I lose. I have a capsule machine and am thinking of making capsules with the powder. this is imho a great product.

I have suffered from Postpartum depression for 11 months after my son, 1 week into using this and i am feeling much better, more myself, more energy. Very much worth every penny. Only downside is thr taste , so what i did was buy vegan capsules and fill them and take them 3xs a day .. Took a star away because the massive price increase. 10 dollar increase in a matter of 3 months , what should we expect in another 3 months another 10 dollar increase.. if thats thr case ill source them out myself.. ty

They way this product was described, I thought it would taste like polluted catfish!! It had a light smell taste (I tasted the powder). I had prepared for the worst. I used organic chocolate protein -with the first ingredient being cocoa, organic green-fruit powder, organic barley grass juice powder, and ultra filtered milk. Next time, I'll just use the green powders. I just used it for the first time, and I hope it gives me energy and help with my osteo and muscular problems. As far as taste goes, I give it 5 stars. BTW, I live on the coast, where the seaweed smell is periodically very strong-yuk! 🙂

As soon as you open the bag, you can smell the ocean, which isn't a problem for me. I usually take it in apple juice but the taste may be unpleasant for most. I was OK with the taste because it gave me so much energy and made me feel great! I seen a product that was half the price and decided to order it (Wixar brand) and it was HORRIBLE! It didn't smell like the ocean, was a different color and it was super bitter like ear wax! I returned it and I just ordered this again. I'd rather pay more for the right thing. Now that I am all out, my shoulder pain has returned due to inflammation. I can't wait for it to arrive so I can sleep well again.

I wanted to try this because I've heard from friends how great its helped them with their blood pressure and over all mood. One friend gets it whole the other has the pills. I thought the powder would work best for me because I knew I wouldn't prepare it from whole and I'm terrible at remembering to take pills. The powder would be something I can add to my food or drink, or so I thought. The smell alone will prevent you from adding this to your meal or drink. The taste is a whole other horrifying experience. It smells like the tetra fish food in the can and I assume this is also what it tastes like. I've tried a couple smoothies to mask the taste enough to want to continue drinking it. Still hoping I find a recipe that helps. The one single line instruction says to add it to smoothie mix but doesn't recommend the type or other ingredients. The two times I've muscled thru drinking it I honestly did feel overall better than usual.
