Pigmentation is okayish,not up to the hyped reviews,but receiving a broken product discourages to stop buying cosmetics from Amazon further on.

If you have dark lips stay away from this shade Cinammon Chai. Product is okay it does not have longer stay which is justified for me when you say chemical free. Usually Lead is content which imparts stay in Lipsticks. You just need to choose your shade wisely. Rest can give it a try.
