I was having trouble sleeping and brought this I sprayed some on my pillow the smell is beautiful And yes I fell a sleep I was having problems if I woke for a toilet break in the middle of the night and I couldn’t get back to sleep I just sprayed in my pillow and it worked

This is my second bottle of this pillow spray. I love it. It has such a relaxing scent. Can definitely smell the wild lavender and cedarwood. Comes packaged wonderfully, wrapped in black tissue paper for that classy touch. Comes with a little helpful guide on how to use plus tips on how to detox your sleep. These ideas have been really handy for me personally. I feel it’s slightly expensive in regards to other sleep sprays on the market but I haven’t tried those ones so cannot comment on their effectiveness. Although they do say you get what you pay for. And this one works for us. Is it a miracle cure for insomniacs? No of course not, however using this helps to relax your mind and body, it sets the right frame for sleep. This along with limiting phone use before bed and a nice warm bath has helped me unwind and look forward to a peaceful nights sleep. My partner has now started using it on his own pillow as he kept trying to inhale mine haha. I’ve been thinking of using it on the children’s pillows, but after talking to the company, they have advised me that they are soon to be launching a child’s pillow spray which is water based and approved for children! So I will wait for this and will try to be the first to buy it. Arrived so much quicker than I expected too which is also a plus! Arrived next day actually even though I’m not a prime member. All in all, I’d 100% recommend giving it a go.

I have used this sleep spray for a long time now, I love the smell of it, as does my husband and he is quite fussy about scents and I do feel it helps with my sleep quality. It’s a tad pricey compared to other items on the market but I don’t seem to have had as much success with other products.

Be warned this is really strong you need to spray the smallest amount otherwise might be a bit overwhelming for me I love the smell don't don't know if it will help me sleep or not haven't had the chance to test it yet but I think it will but for me its worth the money just for great smell 2 light sprays on my pillow and my whole bedroom smells of it and my bedroom is big definitely worth the money you get you pay for

Great for sleep problems but too strong for me. I struggle with sleep problems such as sleep walking and staying asleep and I thought that maybe this would help and it has with that, it’s the best one yet! But unfortunately I find that the lavender it sometimes too strong when I get a migraine coming on and i doesn’t help me at all. It’s finding the right balance on the right night. I’m going to keep buying it and use it different nights depending on headache severity/needs, well done sleep company Well made!

I've used this on my 6 year old sons pillow for the past 2 nights and it's really helped him drift off faster and more importantly sleep all the way through without coming in to our bed. I've also used it on my pillow along with a sleep meditation app and it worked a treat. The smell is amazing and instantly makes you feel relaxed. The bottle seems a little pricey at first, however you only need one or two sprays as it smells really strong, so it will last ages. Id highly recommended this to anyone who struggles to wind down and drift off at night. It works!

I have been using this product for months, this will be my second order. I myself suffer from insomnia and anxiety and I genuinely cannot recommend this product higher. The scent is so beautiful and calming and this product really does last all night, I’ve woken up in the middle of the night before and still been able to smell it which helps me to relax again and drift back to sleep. I usually spray about 4 sprays of this onto my pillow before going to bed and that always seems to be the right amount for me and it isn’t overpowering, You can do more or less and overtime you will work out what’s best for you. If your considering ordering this product then go for it, you’ll be pleased.

I have been buying this for years but this last bottle smells absolutely disgusting. Not sure if the product is off but there's a strong chemical smell and does not promote relaxation. Will cancel my subscription and hunt for a better product.

LOVE this spray. It is the perfect night routine with the eye mask. It is strong at first, but then you start to love it.

This is not a subtle scent! I would never be able to sleep with it in the room. I’ll stick with my lavender oils.

If you like floral and light fruity scents, this may not be for you. But if you like deep toned, nice herbaceous aromas, then this will be a nice fragrance to lay down with at night. My husband and I both enjoy this spray and it was a nice surprise that it calmed us both down at the end of the evening.
