I have several cotton thongs, but I wanted something smoother. I read lots of product descriptions but it is hard to choose, and I was worried about sizing. I ordered one of these and liked it so much I immediately ordered two more. It is a pouch and low-rise thong. The fabric feels nice and it is well made. I buy 32" waist trousers. Tape maeasure on skin below hip bones says 90cm. I ordered UK Medium (Asian Large) and it fits perfectly (and would comfortably fit up to 97cm).

The fit is quite tight around the waist, and your "pacakge". The material is stretchy, however the staps and stitching are felt alot when wearing. I am a 30" waist, but bought large. Nothing wrong if you are OK with the style, but not soft and stretchy enough for me.
