Leaves hair soft and the shampoo smells wonderful. The conditioner does not smell as good as shampoo but still works nicely. A bit pricey.

I love the scent of this. I also like the body lotion that goes with this. Fresh & clean smell which reminds me of vacation 💜. Would recommend.

When I tried the shampoo and conditioner at the hotel they smell nice but when I received my orders they dont smell as nice or strong and the price doesn’t justify for the quantity I received

Shampoo and conditioner are terrible, they leave my hair dry. The smell is nice but not very strong and it fades quickly. Wanted a product that I could layer with body wash and lotion, for the smell, but all products were mediocre and absolutely not worth the money. Requested a refund

Every time I stay at a Westin, I go crazy using all the products in this line. I usually buy unscented or very lightly scented products, but this smells heavenly! My hair is so soft and shiny too. I wish the products came in larger than 7 oz tubes. The cost for the entire collection (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion and soap) might be prohibitive for some but it's worth it! Pamper yourself!

I ordered the Body Wash and Body Lotion NOT the Shampoo and Conditioner that you wanted me to review. But, I just ordered also the shampoo and conditioner. I love the fragrance! I hope not to receive the wash and lotion again right now. I have recently received! I have NOT received shampoo and conditioner that I just ordered.

This is fabulous shampoo and conditioner. My hair feels so soft after use. Westin heavenly white tea smells so fresh. Love it. Would like to purchase the westin white tea body wash (which is not in stock) from Amazon.
