A small amount goes a long way!
I use this to make my oatmilk at home, it gives it a fabulous taste! And such a tiny amount of this goes so far! I make maybe a 3/4 of a litre once or twice a week and I've just used up my first pack about 5 months since buying it. My oat milk also tastes great! I can confirm this works and tastes good 😁

If you're crazy like me and need to know every ingredient in the things you eat and are willing to make it yourself, the only, and I mean the only way to make your own chocolate syrup, then Alpha Amylase is an absolute must. The ingredients are, Dutch processed,(my obsession) Cocoa Powder, Sugar, Water, and Alpha Amylase. The syrup lasts forever in the fridge and tastes better than any syrup I've bought. Without this one ingredient the syrup hardens, gets lumpy, gray, and the powder doesn't fully dissolve. It's turned into a necessity for every syrup I make sweet or savory. It's a must for gravy.
