EZ Mount Penthouse Kitty Sill

With the addition of a few more furbabies in the house...we needed to add an addition to the lonely shelf and upgraded to a duplex. Doing research and reading reviews, we narrowed down our search and eventually picked this one up. Seemed like a good risk and would fill the many issues we had with a single window and many cats trying to squeeze into the one shelf. As you can see, the one cat is loving the perch on the top...on a prime day, 4 or even 5 cats will be all around there...two on top, one in the middle, and our old one with some others. they all can huddle around and watch the humming birds and just bask in the morning sunlight. We had our doubts about the suction and it holding up...but it performing GREAT! holding all their weight and no issues of coming off or loose. easy to install...and has been ticking off all the boxes...highly recommend this product

For the sake of space, we decided to take down our three level cat tree and switch to this. We have two cats, 1 Medium/Large and 1 Small. They love to climb and used to live in the previous tree 75% of the time. They love to sleep on this, we usually come home to find one or both of them napping here. At first it was always one on top and one in the inside compartment, but as of late they've been sharing the top level. We installed this on our sliding backyard door where the door tends to be opened at least twice a day. Because of its placement we have had issues with the suction cups. We usually expect one cup to give way about once every two weeks, that door does get slammed shut and I can see where the constant moving and vibration would cause the suction cups to disengage. Even then with a cup falling, its very sturdy and doesn't really sag under the cats weight. The one thing that worries me is the jump onto the unit, the unit is extremely sturdy to have cats flinging all of their body weight on it various times a day, but in the beginning when they were still getting accustomed to it there were a few misses and very heavy landings. It'd be nice if there was some kind of stair or pole for the cats to get on, rather than the leap, but I can understand how that would just take up space. Putting it closer to ground level or a nearby perch/jumping point may be better for your cats.

Both of my cats, as you can see in the picture, love this perch! It was easy to assemble; attach the suction cups to the perch, adhere to the window, and done! It's also very sturdy and I don't worry that it will fall. The size is perfect for my two to fit in it together, but they are both small cats (~8 lbs each), so this probably wouldn't work for larger cats. The only thing that wasn't the best was that the pad that came with the item to line the inside, didn't attach and slid around a bunch when the cats hopped in and out. I solved this by just lining it with a small quilt I had on hand instead which has been perfect. Finally, I really appreciate that the company allows you to get the item sent in totally recyclable material instead of all of the plastic retail packaging!

Ive had my window box for a little over a year now, so this will be a lengthy review. Not only do I love the ease of setting up & putting up, but I love the sturdiness and its ability to stay put. Plus my cat takes epic naps in it too, which is the name of the game. Originally I purchased this because I hate the way traditional cat trees look, but understand they are beneficial. I did thorough research as to what I could replace a tree with and settled on a window perch and scratch post. After reading reviews, deciding on value for money, and a few other factors, I settled on this one. It couldn’t be better!! Unpacking is easy and it comes with everything you need. One thing I read and did that I havent seen many other reviews mention is soaking the suction cups in hot water. I feel like it gets a better suction when the cups are warm. I also wipe my window down with an alcohol pad to really remove any residue. Ive had no issues on the two separate windows its been on. My girl is a healthy 10 pounds and does a little leap to get on to it. Be warned, it does sometimes make a creaking sound, but its never given way to her falling. Its probably just the material shifting as she jumps. The pad on the inside is decent, but I wish it velcroed to the inside itself. It does shift a little when my cat gets on, but nothing extraordinary that wont make her use it. One plus is its machine washable so when she has an upset tummy i can throw it in the wash. As far as cleaning the rest of it, I spot clean. Lastly, as far as appearance, I think its great and far more aesthetically pleasing that a giant cat tree. My cat loves the top and the middle of it. She loooves to sit on top in the sun and watch the day go by. She also enjoys that its placed high enough for her to get a good look around the whole room. Overall, I think this is a great product and I would 100% recommend. I also bought a regular perch without the enclosed part for a different window (from this brand) because I was so happy with this original purchase.

This is THE best cat perch. Both my kitties love it. Only issue is that occasionally the suction cups need a little help, but we're talking like maybe 1-2x per year. I only with the entire thing could my thrown in the washer, but other than that, this is my favorite cat purchase I've ever made.

I bought this bed two years ago and my cats ignored it for over a year. Then, quite suddenly, my smaller cat decided it was her FAVORITE spot and would spend several hours each morning laying on this thing (usually the top level when it’s warm and the bottom level when the house is cold). I moved to a new place and now BOTH cats sleep on this every night. It supports their combined weight (18-20 lbs) without issues. Suction cups work after rinsing with warm water. The only thing to note — the pad in the bottom compartment is very slippery. I put a little hand towel under it to give more traction and that seems to do the trick.

Ein wirklich tolles Produkt. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig, alles wirkt stabil und durchdacht. Wir leben mit fünf Katzen zusammen, darunter auch ein Maine Coon mit stolzen 12 kg. Selbst er passt problemlos hinein. Unsere Katzen nutzen es stundenlang, täglich. Oft liegen zwei, drei oder sogar vier gleichzeitig drin oder oben drauf. Alles hält ohne Probleme. Die Saugnäpfe sitzen fest und haben sich bisher keinen Millimeter bewegt. Auch die Seile machen einen sehr robusten Eindruck. Nichts wirkt billig oder unsicher. Es knarzt manchmal ein wenig, aber das ist bei dem Gewicht unserer Katzen vollkommen verständlich und kein echter Nachteil. Besonders schön ist, dass unsere Tiere diesen Liegeplatz so sehr lieben. Es ist zu ihrem Lieblingsplatz geworden. Sie beobachten von dort aus das Geschehen draußen, dösen in der Sonne oder kuscheln sich gemeinsam hinein. Für uns war das definitiv einer der besten Käufe in 2025. Wir nennen es inzwischen liebevoll unser „Katzenhotel“.

Sturdy window-mounted cat perch. All of the K and H window-mounted products are great. This one is no exception. Easy to mount to the window and stays firmly attached with 3 cats using it at the same time!

Muy fácil de instalar, bastante resistente y a mis gatos les gustó mucho. Pasan casi todo el día ahí. Soporta muy bien a gatos grandes, uno de mis gatos pesa 6.5 kgs y la otra 3.5. No pierde estabilidad cuando se ponen a jugar dentro y encima de él. Muy recomendable.
