Yes it will fit nicely. No it won't turn the check engine light on. If it's installed properly.

Q: Hello, is this suitable for the Camry Hybrid 2.5 engine and does it need programming after installing the part?

Hybrids aren't set up the same as my gas powered Camry so yes...it may need tuning. All the torque comes from the electric motor- not as much the gas engine. You will enjoy the benefits of the sound more so the horsepower the intake is said to provide.

Q: Will my check engine light come on?

No it will not, it comes with everything for the mass airflow sensor and for the hoses,will not cause a check engine light
