Humidor Torino - Deluxe

I have this humidor and I love it. It is my first humidor and I use it in conjunction with the Boveda humidification packs and it works perfectly.

I had high expectations for this product and maybe that is why it was such a disappointment. The outside of the box looks great.However, the hygrometer is completely useless. I did not expect it to be perfectly calibrated but it more than 20% off. Actually displaying humidity well above the 100% mark. After I calibrated the hygrometer it continued to display readings that were more and more off as time went on. I cannot trust it.The other issue is the humidifier device. After soaking it in distilled water for 5 minutes as instructed it swelled up to the point where the cover "bowed" outward. The gel was oozing through the vents and it looked like crap. The swelling went down after a few days but the screws were lose and one was stripped.The humidor constantly over-humidified. I could not get it down below 80% no matter what. I took the humidifier out and it dropped to 70% initially but then reading fluctuated with the room conditions. The humidity in my place is between 45%-55% at any given time.I am shocked at the lack of quality and functionality.The seller quickly shipped me a replacement and I have to give them credit for that. However, the replacement has the EXACT same issues. The two hygrometers show 10% apart after calibrating them both the night before. Total junk.The second humidor also had marks on the cedar so I will likely just return it for a refund. I cannot get this box to hold a steady humidity even with the Boveda 69% packets. Also, the humidor itself is too small to hold the packets and cigars so it will not work.This box ruins every cigar I put in it by over humidifying. Maybe the larger Adorini boxes are better quality but I will not try it out for the price after this experience. I have written Adorini about the lack of quality so will have to see if they respond.The seller has been very prompt with their shipping and replacement.I would not recommend this product to anybody. I buy a Adorini Humidor Torino - Deluxe and am just disappointed with the measuring instrument. I compared the measurement of analog hygrometer adorini vs to HygroSet Round Digital Hygrometer w / Calibrating Kit and could not believe the difference readings. Now I find myself performing different tests to check if it is defective. I can send them the pictures

Amazing humidor! The look of this humidor is perfect, simple yet elegant. The humidifier and hydrometer come with this humidor and magnetically install, Awesome! Would recomend for people who do not smoke cigars often considering it only holds around 15 with humidifier and hydrometer. The only complaint i have is the amount of cigars this humidor holds with humidifier and hydrometer.

1 star is the lowest i could give. Pictures will do better then my Verbal description of my unsatisfactory with this purchase. DO NOT BUY

The humidor is nice and seems well made, although in retrospect, I might have chosen something other than plain black. It seems to want to over humidify, but that may be because of the small size I purchased or just operator error at this point. The dividers could fit more securely, but they work fine. Sale went smoothly.
