Received this early in the morning today. I see tons of massage devices shoved in closets, at thrift stores, and all over Marketplace, so I was wary. However, my sciatica murders me daily and while my handheld massage gun is great, it isn’t easy to reach back there — especially for a long time. Plugged this beast in (I was surprised it was smaller than expected) and let it do its job. The pressure of the massage arms, the heat, and the size are perfect. Back pain was wiped out (for a while at least) and I was able to be a person for a bit. It feels obnoxiously good. I will be buying some for friends and family for gifts and another for my car. Appears to be great quality and I know some people don’t like the fabric, so we’ll see how it goes!!

I’m using this item as I type and it really is a great product. I’ve been using it since yesterday and I think my favorite feature is the heating feature. It’s easy to use, it’s not heavy and you can pretty much take it anywhere. The cable is long enough. The massage quality is good. I love using it while I work (I work remote) and the pressure may be too sturdy at times but you can change the “speed” and “strength”. Overall, it’s a great product. The only con for me is that it needs to be plugged in to work. Other than that, it works great.

I just received this today, yes I said today. I'm already writing a review, that's how good it is. I have been injured for past 2 weeks in my back. I had an accident 12 years ago, where I landed on my tailbone from the fall. Every so many years when it gets cold, is when it gives me problems. However, this time was the worst ever. I went to ER, and they gave me shots and the next day full pain. 7 days later after barely being able to move yet still going to work, I went to urgent care. They put me on steroids however the knot of pain in my lower right side. I went to the gym today which helped with the majority. I received this early in am when I had gotten back. It is almost 6pm and I have yet to take it off lol. This isn't just a massage, this is a life saver. The reason I got this one, was the reviews and size. The hear plus the deep massage has made my back feel like a 10 again. Just buy it.

Affordable and works well to get back knots out!

Decent enough unit. Heating elements started failing after 3 months. Quality of the covering is poor at best, it began shredding at the seams at 6 months. There's zipper to remove the covering hidden under a flap that doesn't allow you to grasp it. The zipper also doesn't have a stop so if you try to push it out from the wrong side it falls into the unit.

I bought this just to compare it to a more expensive one that I had my eye on. For basically half the cost I’m totally satisfied. I love a DEEP tissue massage!! I actually got several small bruises and a sore back after first couple days. It’s probably my fault, I’m on blood thinners and it’s been quite a few years. Love the levels of intensity! Love the heat. Only recommendation would be to where thin clothes to feel the heat. I can’t feel it through my robe or sweatshirts. Only had about a week. Great product so far and GREAT price compared to other brands.

I'm happy with this massager, especially for the price. I wanted to review it so I could make a suggestion to potential buyers or owners. I found the rotating "balls" to be a bit too much (mildly uncomfortable) on certain parts of the neck and lower back. There is a perfect fix for this: fold up a terry cloth bath towel 4 times and lay over the face of this unit. Then it feels GREAT. Having had neck surgery 10 mos ago, with the thick towel over this it really loosens up my neck. The mfg should consider padding this thing and it would be perfect! I still recommend.
