splitter for home phone and internet
At one time I needed this splitter, for the internet. Because every time it rained, I wouldn't have internet. Very frustrating. This worked quite well. I even ordered 2 of them.

Cheap and did the job
There's not really much to say. I have ATT internet service, but lost my filters during a move. After looking for a Amazon Prime eligible replacement, this option jumped up to the top of the list. The DSL filter/splitter has served my needs: phone static is gone, and my internet speed is good. I've had it installed for about six months now with no problems. Is there anything else you need to consider?

Just what I needed to complete install of new DSL modem
Liked the simplicity and quality of this very inexpensive DSL line filter...but oh so necessary to prevent modem drops from happening at random. Had a new modem from DSL provider to replace several years old one that was having issues...when new modem came there was no filter even though the instructions with it showed there should have been one (and the old line filter only worked on the voice part)...after calls, etc. with the provider I just ordered this and got it fast and problem solved...thanks.

It did no good either so thought I would try this one as ...
I guess it would be okay if you need one (made no difference when I used the one that came with my new Zoom modem purchase)but returning the one I ordered as made no difference in modem functions. Still blinks when it does and nothing changed when using the one from modem so no need to keep this one for another room. I should have mentioned in my review of modem that it comes with dual dsl filter/splitter. Modem bought from Century Link when I signed up, had single filter splitter. It did no good either so thought I would try this one as saw it listed along with many modem advertisements as being something to order with the modem order. Thought it would be improvement/necessary etc.. Comes to find out not any difference. I do not have a phone plugged in in my office where my desk top computer is (wireless but have it wired in (tower) with wireless keyboard/mouse etc.. and just plug DSL (mine is green from long ago from Century Link) into phone jack and then to computer tower. Maybe that is why it has no affect one way or another. I am not computer/electronic savvy so have no idea. Just know it did not make any difference when I used the one that came with my modem and felt no need for additional one. Can't say how it would affect someone else though. Might be important. Solves a Pertinent Problem
If you have DSL and you have more than one phone, this DSL filter w/Splitter is a good item to have. We bought a second phone but needed to unplug it anytime we went online or else we could not get an Internet connection. So I plugged this in today and Voila! No more hassles with plugging and unplugging the phone cord. Happy me! ~The Rebecca Review

DSL Splitter vs Phone Splitter
At first I thought it was a splitter for two phone lines, but instead I found out it was for one line to the phone and a pass through line to the DSL what I was able to do next to my PC was install the splitter in my RJ-45 Phone Module then attach my phone line that went to my DSL modem. On the DSL side of the splitter afterwards I placed a two way adapter on the phone side of the splitter and ran a phone line to my PC modem and another line to my All-In-One Printer. Everything works GREAT. Also to top everything else off I ordered these items on the 22nd of Nov. in PA and received them on the 23rd, I was shocked. This company goes beyond the call of duty for their respected clients.
