Would probably work great -- IF you can get the batteries loaded
From the way the product description reads, it sounds like these are the coolest warning flashers made -- until they actually arrive and it’s time to load the batteries. (NOTE: Evidently these things come in two different models: one is powered with a lithium battery which you don't (or shouldn't) have to change, and the other is powered by three size-AAA flashlight batteries which you have to buy and install yourself. Make sure that you order the first kind.) As is so often the case with products, the guy who designed the things obviously never tried using them. First of all, NO instructions included. (Although it doesn't exactly take a Master's degree in EE to figure out how they work.) When it comes time to load the batteries though, have a bottle of your favorite alcoholic beverage nearby because you'll need it afterward. As I said, no instructions came with the lights, so you're left there wondering what to do after you remove the screws and the top is still firmly seated in place. After spending five or ten minutes twisting and prying and searching, if you're lucky (and have GREAT eyesight) you might spot one of the three little tabs that you're supposed to use to pry the cover off. And I mean LITTLE tabs; they're about half-a-millimeter wide and possibly five angstroms thick, so they're virtually GUARANTEED to break off the first time that you try to take off the cover (which I did on the first light I tried to open ). After using surgical technique to get the second light open, I loaded the batteries with no problem; then it was time to get the cover on again. There are no alignment guides on the cover, so if you're not careful you'll miss lining up the on/off button with the little probe that activates the light and you'll have to start the whole process over again. Even if you are careful, the slightest misalignment causes a plastic shield to crunch into the probe, breaking it and ruining the light (which I did on the second light). I guess I'll keep the two remaining lights until their batteries die, then toss them in the trash rather than go through that ordeal again.
