Love, love, love my Road I.D. bracelet. I bought it because I wanted something that wouldn't be easy to slip off or loose, won't spin and damage the text on the tag, versatile style to wear with any attire, customizable lines over 8 characters, and more than 3 lines of text. This exceeded my expectations! I received it in a neatly packed box, a personalized letter from Becky (who was super sweet), and a $10 off coupon which I can either pass on to someone else or use it for myself on their website ;) the band is silicon material, very flexible and durable. It can be trimmed to fit when it arrives, just make sure you measure twice and cut once! I liked the logo on the one end of the band so I made my cut off from the other end. Don't worry, the tags can easily slide to either direction to suite your taste for positioning. Lastly, it is not as hard as others have claimed to attach the "watch-like" clasp together and onto the band. It maybe easier to make your measurements before cutting if you clasped it closed and attached one end of the band to it. It may help to give you a better view of how much slack you want of the band. I've had many compliments on my bracelet, even from another avid Road I.D. customer. He says he's always on their website purchasing something to add to his. My young daughter is a type 1 diabetic and I've bought bracelet after bracelet to try to find something that has enough room for all the info I wanted on it in case of emergency. I wanted it to be nice, comfortable and durable (well-durable looking as I just got it yesterday so I can't actually speak to how durable it is yet). This thing hands down is it. It got here fast too! It shipped literally an hour or two after I placed my order (originally I panicked a little- thinking that I didn't do the wording correctly or at all but that was great too!) It arrived less than one week after I placed the order. It's REALLY nice, looks like I spent WAY more than I did. It's engraved so the text isn't just gonna rub off like soo many others I've spent money on just for her to wear the lettering out within a month. I had enough room in the lettering to put in every bit of info I could think would be important in case of emergency. Sizing it and putting it on was super simple! I'll certainly be a repeat customer in the future, especially if I can buy replacement bands as she grows. I will be recommending this bracelet to everyone I know who may need one. This thing is top notch! If there is one complaint I could muster up: I didn't realize that the text would all be capitalized on the bracelet. That would have been nice to know up front or in the customize window (unless I missed it?). I had hoped to emphasize certain information via capitalizing it, but that's fine, whatever.

This is a nice and durable product. I like that it is adjustable by trimming.

I'm a little torn here, I want to love this bracelet. I love that it's a silicone bracelet; I can wear it in the shower and not worry about it. It's not hard to read, per se, but I thought it would be bigger. I went with the thinner band, of course making the printable area smaller. I guess I should have looked up the imperial conversion of 13mm. I bought this because I have a severe allergy that causes anaphylaxis and would like to not take a chance if anything ever happens and I am unable to indicate that to a medical professional. I assume that they check wrists for medical alert bracelets, but this one could be easy to miss. The medical alert symbol is not red like most and the text is quite small. I work in a production plant, so I have to choose wisely when wearing jewelry. I can't have loosey-goosey bracelets and this is custom cut (by you) to the exact length that you need. The clasp that holds the silicone bracelet in worries me, but thus far it has been holding up well. I cannot speak to how much the metal surface gets scratched yet as I wear gloves at work causing it to rarely see the light of day (I will update with more information, if anything changes). I really want to love this bracelet. I like it, for sure. It looks nice and matches my FitBit on my other arm perfectly.

I needed a medical alert bracelet after spending several hours in the ER the other night. The days of the little bracelet you can buy at the fair are over. In fact the fair is over like so many things in this time of Covid. So I found this nice looking silicon wrist band with very nice engraving and the toughest thing was deciding on a color. I ordered it and then remembered I forgot to put my morphine allergy. I called the company and they had already done the engraving and it was only 3 hours after I placed the order! But they told me how to fix things and were the greatest at helping me, patiently walking me through the process. The bracelet arrived way earlier than suggested by amazon and the corrected faceplate came very quickly afterwards. This must be a great company to work for because everyone seems to have a sense of humor and does their job with efficiency and kindness. Their e mails are witty without being smarta*s. I was actually enjoying getting their colorful e mails. The wrist band is everything I wanted. Contemporary, colorful, comfortable and looking durable. There is something wonderful about a well run company that seems to still be enjoying itself. I told my sister who needed one also and she had an equally excellent experience. Wow. I have a shellfish allergy and last week, a restaurant mistakenly served me shrimp in my “fish” taco. Thank the Lord, I felt the odd texture of shrimp in my mouth and immediately spit it out instead of swallowing. I ordered the RoadID bracelet so people would know what to do if there was ever an emergency. Thanks for the well-made product with lifetime warranty. It came in really quickly, is stylish, was easy to size to my wrist and I’m wearing it now. The price was very reasonable. I bought the larger one so that I could have a larger nameplate for when I’m out on adventures and then the smaller one for regular wear.

UPDATE: After posting my first review, RoadID reached out to me to make sure that I had a replacement band for the one that I cut too short. Excellent customer service! Now that I have the correct length of band, the bracelet is extremely comfortable. I plan on leaving it on starting now. I am very pleased with this medical ID bracelet. I got the 19mm in red and silver, and it is very attractive and easy to read. I only just received mine, but it seems to be made well of quality materials. It came with a lifetime guarantee on the engraving. The clasp is easy to work. I saw some reviews that said that it was very difficult to learn to use, but I have had no trouble with it. My only warning is to be very careful when trimming the band to size. I cut mine too short, so I had to order a replacement band from the main web site. Not a huge issue, but I wish that I had been more careful the first time. Overall, I would definitely recommend this ID.

Overall, I'm impressed with everything about this company as well as the product itself. The id is very well made and I can clearly see what is written on it, and came with the company's Medical Alert Badge as stated in the description, but I found out you can get others including custom made ones. The band is also of high quality silicon, seems very durable and very lightweight. Onto the clasp... I'm really not sure what the folks on here having a hard time with this clasp are smoking, but I had it figured out without reading an instruction manual in maybe 20 - 30 seconds, and I must say it is a very high quality clasp and functions flawlessly so far. In addition to a superior quality bracelet, ID and clasp the customer service of this company is phenomenal. After receiving the original order, I noticed one of the words was misspelled. I contacted Amazon who sent an email to the company, but I also noticed the direct number for their customer service on the packaging it arrived in. I contacted them directly, and the rep supplied a new ID with the correctly spelled word free of charge while rep that responded to the Amazon claim afterward wanted to charge me $5, not sure why. I got the replacement free one in the mail today, and wanted to leave a good review for these guys. I'll be ordering more of their products in the future.
