cheap decorative metal
The package clearly said "made in China" - and I regret even opening it. The tubing is cheap, thin-wall metal and arrived dented and scuffed. The "skid plate" is basically sheet metal. There is nothing "bull"-like about this bar - it's purely decorative. Looking to buy a bar with twice the shipping weight - which will hopefully more substantial.
