The conditioner is quite concentrated so you only need a small amount to condition your hair. If used properly, it doesn’t weigh down my hair but I havent seen any dramatic volume either. It moisturizes your hair but if you use too much or dont properly rinse it out, then your hair will become oily within a day. The scent is a hit or miss. I blindly bought this cause it was lotus scented. I expected a calm floral scent but it smells rather like an old gramps cologne. It took me a week of use to overcome the gramp smell and accept it as a floral scent. The overall product isn’t bad but it isnt that great either. I’ll probably finish the whole tube but look for another product after.

The amount of product you get for what you pay is amazing AND it works like any other conditioner. I have a lot of thin fine hair and i’ve had no issues. My hair feels hydrated and honestly seems less frizzy.

I have very fine, thin curly hair. I looked high and low for a moisturizing, detangling, lightweight conditioner that contains no silicones. Everything that was supposedly lightweight ended up being too heavy for my hair OR was terrible at detangling. With this conditioner my search is finally over. It does everything I need it to do and smells AMAZING. It leaves my hair soft but not weighed down and easily detangles my incorrigibly tangled hair. Friends have been commenting on how good I smell. I have a very sensitive nose and can't handle many perfumes, but this causes me no problems. Please never stop making this!

When I ordered this for the first time in July, I absolutely loved it. The scent was nice, it made my hair look thicker and really shiny and bouncy. So I ordered another bottle in August. As soon as I put the conditioner from the second bottle on my hair, I knew right away something was wrong. The smell was completely different, and the feel of the conditioner felt different. Also, with the first bottle of conditioner, as soon as I put the conditioner in my hair, my hair detangled and was soft. With the stuff that was in the second bottle, it did not detangle or moisturize my hair at all. After rinsing it out, my hair was not silky smooth like it was with the first bottle. It did not feel conditioned. Then when my hair dried, my hair dried like it was hay. That confirmed to me that this product that was inside of the second conditioner bottle was not the real L'Oreal volume conditioner. I don't know what's inside of this second bottle, but it's not what it's supposed to be. I want my money back ASAP.

The conditioner is light and smooth, god for fine hair.
