This item was excellent and did the job well, and as two couplers were supplied, I've got a spare to use later.

These work great for connecting telephone wires over network cabling in your house. It simply allows an adaptation of the connector on the phone and on the phone wall socket to be connected together over an RJ45 (structured network cable) socket to socket. This does not work over a network switch or other network device it simply does point to point wiring. Best used as a pair as the wiring can be different between these adaptors from different manufacturers, sold as a pair so ideal!

Did the job

One thing that I dislike about this product is how they try to sell two adapters to you instead of one. Due to this product being very niche and serving a specific purpose. They charge you £5.89 for the pack here in the UK which is inconvenient when you are on a budget! The build quality is good enough for the job but if you were to step on it by accident or tug it out in the wrong way, it would be surprising if it still was intact. The flimsy plastic shell at the end of the connector easily snaps and the rubber coating on the cable is cheap and substandard. There really isn't that many different options for an adaptor like this and you'd probably have to make do by still buying this to solve your situation but I hope my review gives you the right expectations for it.

Good price. Does the job

with the advent of internet phones rather than a landline, the plug that connects to your hub is a RJ11 plug. So if like me you need a longer lead than the one metre sent with my new set up kit you need a connector and this one works perfectly. Very cheap, turned up the next day and you get a spare.

Having been switched from an analogue phone line to digital voice, I wanted to reuse the existing phone wiring in the house to connect multiple phones to digital voice. A BT plug to BT plug coupler was the ideal solution in my situation but I found it difficult to source one. Eventually I found this pack of two and it is perfect. The internal cabling was disconnected from the BT Openreach simply by unplugging one plug. Other installations may need to disconnect wires from the master socket to separate the internal wiring from the Openreach wires. I was then able to use one of these connectors to reuse the point to plug a phone into the house wiring. Everything is now back to functioning as it used to only on digital voice. At £5.94 for two, these are a little expensive but they saved a lot of hassle by preventing me from needing to rewire the internal phone wiring plugs and sockets.

Solide et le fil tient bien; j'en avais acheté des moins chers en lot d'une autre marque mais la majorité sont trop lousses et si on bouge le fil soit je perdais ma connexion ou il y avait des interférences.
